Default Partizan vs Scavolini

Dusan Vujosevic
Head coach

"Scavolini is very talented and experinced team. They have a very strong backcourt, and they need to win one game away from home because they lost against AEK in Pesaro. Those facts make them a very dangerous team, but I hope that we will continue our winning streak in the Euroleague."

S. Pillastrini
Head coach

"It's a very important game for us because Partizan won against Tau at Vitoria. If we loose this game Partizan will have 10 points in the group standings and it would be too difficult for us to catch up with them. We want this victory at Belgrade so much but we know that Belgrade is a very difficult away game to win."
Last season in the Suproleague, when Partizan ICN won games against Scavolini in Belgrade and Pesaro, the main figure in both was Miroslav Beric, who scored 60 points, including 10 three-pointers. For him as well as for Belgrade's fans, Wednesday is a very special day: its former captain, team leader and scorer will play for the first time against Partizan and its sixth-man, the ardent Pionir Hall supporters whose "pressing" has already proved too difficult for Oostende, Ural and Cibona. For Partizan's prime scorer and rebounder Jovo Stanojevic (18.4 ppg, 8 rpg) there awaits an exciting battle with Joseph Blair (17.6 ppg, 11 rpg). Shooting guard Vlado Scepanovic (17.2 ppg) will take the measure of the guy he replaced, Beric (18 ppg). And watch for young playmaker Milos Vujanic attacking 'horizontally' in a matchup against Melvin Booker of Scavolini. The visitors will have to pass the test of the final quarter, which they have not won in any of their three Euroleague losses. If they do, it could be a breakthrough win for Scavolini, which can expect Beric to keep the game interesting to that point. Should he play at his best, his game may prove yet again to be of a decisive importance at Pionir Hall, but now in favour of Scavolini.

Milos Vujanic:
Guard

"Beric, Middleton and Booker make a very strong guard line. That will be the key to the game. If we stop them, we will be closer to a win."

Scavolini (they forgot his name in the preview..) Point Guard

"I think the game is important for us as much as it is for Partizan. We need to win because our record is 2-3 and Partizan record is 4-1, but they played three home games, one more than we did. I know it's a difficult game because Belgrade has an incredible audience that is really loud and considered like 'the sixth man'. Their stadium will probably be all sold out. It will be very exciting for me as a former Partizan player and I consider it as the team of my life. I just can't wait, I look forward playing this game so much!"

PFC,

When is the game?

Zagabria,

Stop wasting other people's time as well as your own. I can's tell you what to do, but you realise that there really is no meaning to posting like you do here. I won't respond to such posts again (wasting my time, and others time who have to read it). If you post something worth discussing, be my guest.
