Hey Penguim, time to update it.

Palmeiras was defeated yesterday by Mogi Mirim (incredible isn't it?), 2 x 1. Now Mogi is standing at #2.

And my beloved SÃ£o Paulo is still on the top ! Way to go boys !

On Sunday we're facing Palmeiras... long time rivals, but they're going through some serious problems (got no coach anymore, no outstanding players, and doing poorly), so I believe we're getting that one.

We beat Palmeiras yesterday, 3 x 0... piece of cake !

Even our goalie (the amazing Rogerio Ceni) has scored... what an athlete !

Yo Penguim... just an observation... it's not MarÃªlia, it's Marilia.

and it's not IzaÃªas, it's Izaias (try avoiding the accents)... apparently vbulletin won't understand some of them.

but it's a great moment when Rogerio scores....I've only seen that in South America....with Chilavert from paraguay also....the goalies never shoot in Europe....

RogÃ©rio Ceni - SÃ£o Paulo's goalie... He was one of the Brazilian GK's that went to 2002 WC (Marcos, Dida and Ceni).

Elber negocia regreso a Brasil con Belo Horizonte

(Berlín) (EFE) El jugador brasileño Giovane Elber, actualmente sin club tras la rescisión de su contrato con el Borussia Moenchengladbach, negocia el regreso a su país en las filas del Belo Horizonte.

Un representante del jugador confirmó las negociaciones, informa la agencia de noticias Dpa, aunque por el momento éstas no están cerradas.

Elber, de 33 años, vio rescindido su contrato con el Borussia Moenchengladbach a principios de diciembre.

El jugador había llegado a ese club procedente del Olympique de Lyon y nunca llegó a integrarse realmente en el equipo.

Elber, con 133 goles, es el máximo goleador extranjero de la historia de la Bundesliga alemana, aunque sus mejores tiempos se remontan a su fase en el Bayern Múnich, donde estuvo hasta 2003. EFE
