We only talk about the players, but what about those who "make" 'em play??? Vote and explain...

Carlo Ancelotti since 2001 is coaching AC Milan.

Carlos Bianchi won Copa Libertadores 1994 (Vélez Sársfield), Intercontinental Cup 1994 (Vélez Sársfield), Copa Libertadores 2000, 2001 and 2003 (Boca Juniors), Intercontinental Cup 2000 and 2003 (Boca Juniors).

Fabio Cappelo won the 2001 scudetto of the Serie A (AS Roma). In the beginning of the 1990s he led A.C. Milan to the European Cup, and he did that in the middle of the nineties again with Real Madrid.

Alex Ferguson won F.A Premier League Championship (8 times): 1993, 1994, 1996, 1997, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2003. F.A Cup (5 times): 1990, 1994, 1996, 1999 and 2004. League Cup (1 time): 1992, European Champions Cup (1 time): 1999, European Cup Winners Cup (1 time): 1991, F.A Charity Shield (6 times): 1990, 1993, 1994, 1996, 1997, 2003, Intercontinental Cup (1 time): 1999

Marcelo Lippi in 1994, took over Juventus and led them to five scudettos, one Coppa Italia, four Italian SuperCups, one Champions League, one European Super Cup, and one Intercontinental Cup. He was hired as the Italian national coach on July 16, 2004.

Vanderlei Luxemburgo has a great palmares: 5 Brazilian Championship (1993, 94, 98, 2003 and 04), 1 Brazilian Second Divison (1989), 1 Brazilian Cup (2003), 5 São Paulo State Championship (1990, 93, 94, 96 and 2000), 1 Espêrito Santo State Championship (1983), 1 Minas Gerais State Championship (2003), 1 Guanabara Cup (1995), 2 Rio-São Paulo Tournament (1993 and 97), 1 Copa América (1999), 1 Pre-Olympic Tournament (2000).

José Mourinho is the "newest" one and has won: SuperLiga, Portuguese Cup and the UEFA Cup all in 2003 (FC Porto). In 2004 he won the Champions League. For Chelsea already got the League Cup and the EPL (2005).

Carlos Alberto Parreira has led 4 different countries into a World Cup, Kuwait in 82, United Arab Emerates 90, Brazil in 94 and Saudi Arabia in 98. He won the USA WC in 94, Brazilian League in 84 (Fluminense) and Brazilian Cup and the Paulista Championship (Corinthians) both in 2003.

Luis Felipe Scolari another great palmares won 2002 Korea- Japan WC, 1990 Kuwait National Cup (Al Qadsia), Brazil Cup 1991 (Criciúma), Gauchão (87, 95 & 96), Libertadores (95), South American Recopa (96), Brazilian League (96) all for Grêmio. Brazil Cup, Mercosul and Libertadores all in 1999 (Palmeiras), Torneio Rio-São Paulo (Palmeiras) and 2001 Sul Minas Cup (Cruzeiro).

From 2004 and now I think the best coaches are Mourinio and Rehaggel.

I would add rafael benitez- for winning uefa cup last season and getting liverpool in finals of cl this year and Thomas Schaaf for the werder double (league and dfb pokal) last season

I voted for Scholari simply because of his accomplishment in the WC however I was tempted to vote for Mourinho.

look at mourinho's reord... 2 portugese league, UEFA cup, CL cup and EPL champions with Chelsea in 3 years. in EPL not a single loss so far. Mourinho ofcourse deserves to be in the list
