General help
The MGC Chatbox Evo is really easy to use

You can :
  1. Send chats : you just have to enter the text in the dedicated input field and then to validate it by pushing the return key ou by clicking on the OK button.
  2. Format the chats :
  3. once you un-collapse the chatbox formatting toolbar by clicking on the BBCode button, you have access to different formatting options for your chats. You can format a chat by selecting a part (or the totality) of it and then select one of the buttons/list. You can also add empty formatting tags by selecting nothing and clicking one of the buttons/menu thus allowing you to add the chat text afterwards between these tags.*
  4. Access to the different channels : you can have access to different channels restricted to only some usergroupds or for specifics use of the chatbox. The different channels are accessible from the buttons on the left of the chatbox.*
  5. Edit your chats (or others chats) : the edition of a chat can be done by a simple double-click on it.*
  6. Use specific commands : some commands can be accessible in the chatbox depending on the will of the administrator(s) of your forum. These commands let you execute specific actions of formatting, management, etc... You will herebelow the information on the command which are accessible to you. You must notice that you are not forced to use the command prefixes (/command_name) when you use them in the channel they are attached to (except in the general channel).*
* : Depending on the settings chosen by the administrator(s) of the forum, you might not have access to all these features.

    Default Ankle injury or me just paranoid?

    hello,
    i have been playing football (soccer) for about 6 years now, but for the last 2 years, my ankle has been killing me. When i shot with the inside of my foot, it doesnt hurt, but when i try a chip shop, a driver shot or a shot from the outside of the foot, it hurts. I have been to doctor many times and they just tell me to relax, and not a serious injry. i heard from some ppl training my ankle's would be a good idea. I did for about 1 month or so. returned to the pitch, my shots have gone even stronger but my ankle still hurts,

    it is the same as before, nothing when using inside of the foot, it only happens on my strong foot, not the weaker. I have taken x-rays and nothing is broken. i dont understand, wht is wrong? thank you for your time

    Does it hurt when you are running??? I mean if no X-ray shows no injury is just swollen man I think!

    it hurts when i shot and then run, but the pain fades away. It couldnt b swolled for 2 years? even taking a whole winter break :S

    Well that's pretty weird..so you've taken X-rays and nothing?? Thats strange man... I mean I've had 2 ankle surgeries and I feel you not knowing what is up..

    it is annoyinh, i've been doing some research, it could be that my muscles around the ankle area are not strong og elastic (?) enough, do you know of any exersices that would make my ankle more flexable? thank you for your help so far mate.

    Have you tried to give your ankle some rest? lol Like a good 6 months, try icing it and using heat packs to reduce the pain, try using ankle braces as well.

    i found out, it is no injury at either of my foot, my muscles are just stiff, not soft enough or trained enough, any exercises you guys wanna recommend? thanks for the help so far lads

    Try rolling your ankle (not as in injuring it lol) at slow pace left for about 30 seconds and right for another 30 seconds. Do this before you start doing any training or running so your muscles and nerves are stretched correctly. Do it with both feet not just the one that is injured. I remember a couple more exercises for the ankle but I can name them right off the bat, I'll get back to you on that though.
