General help
The MGC Chatbox Evo is really easy to use

You can :
  1. Send chats : you just have to enter the text in the dedicated input field and then to validate it by pushing the return key ou by clicking on the OK button.
  2. Format the chats :
  3. once you un-collapse the chatbox formatting toolbar by clicking on the BBCode button, you have access to different formatting options for your chats. You can format a chat by selecting a part (or the totality) of it and then select one of the buttons/list. You can also add empty formatting tags by selecting nothing and clicking one of the buttons/menu thus allowing you to add the chat text afterwards between these tags.*
  4. Access to the different channels : you can have access to different channels restricted to only some usergroupds or for specifics use of the chatbox. The different channels are accessible from the buttons on the left of the chatbox.*
  5. Edit your chats (or others chats) : the edition of a chat can be done by a simple double-click on it.*
  6. Use specific commands : some commands can be accessible in the chatbox depending on the will of the administrator(s) of your forum. These commands let you execute specific actions of formatting, management, etc... You will herebelow the information on the command which are accessible to you. You must notice that you are not forced to use the command prefixes (/command_name) when you use them in the channel they are attached to (except in the general channel).*
* : Depending on the settings chosen by the administrator(s) of the forum, you might not have access to all these features.

Default What to do when your team sucks?

well.... i like to play short ball. where u make short passes up and down the field. like if we're going forward with the ball and someone gets it and can't go forward with the ball anymore someone is behind them to help them out and give him an option... you know what i mean? well my team that i'm playing on now play kiddy ball basically... they aimlessly kick it in spots ect. and don't know how to pass the ball back when they've got like 3 defenders infront of them and attempt to go right through them all. they don't talk at all (1 or 2 guys talk sometimes) and they do not move or anything. like on goal kicks they just stand there and not move, ect. and when you expect them to run into a big open space they sit there ect. when you get in trouble they don't know how to help you or give you a pass or an option. UGH IT MAKES ME MAD!
any suggestions on how to get this team better or anything at all?

mmmm, get out of USA ......j/k. Explain all that to them, and be patient. Get them to practice a lot. If they really care it will come naturally to them just by practicing and being given a few tips. (that is if they REALLY care)

Take a bank loan of around $50 million, purchase Rivaldo from Barcelona. Job done, you will now surely win all your matches, no matter how useless your team sounds

    Default A Couple of Suggestions

If the team isn't performing as a whole, one good start would be to separate those who are somewhat skilled but don't work hard from those who work hard but have no skill. Each group should be treated differently.

Of course, I'm assuming you've already considered expelling unskilled players who don't work hard; it's doubtful they'll ever be of any help.

Once you've separated the hard-workers from the skilled ones, try to make the skillful ones see the benefits of hard work, how their personal performances will grow etc. The unskilled hard-workers basically need a well-defined tactical system, so you can tell them exactly what to do, where to run to and stuff.

The untalented hard workers basically need blueprints and exact orders; the skillful lazy-asses need motivation and discipline. The lazy AND unskilled players need to be fried in boiling oil.

Aren't you taking it a bit too seriously.

Default Well, Just The Part About The Boiling Oil...

    Nah, just kidding.

Hope nobody took the "boiling oil" tip seriously, as boiled players generally perform poorly even after they've cooled down.

    Cheers!

Beatan and boiled players generally perform 90% worse off than their maximum potential - The Institution of Sports Science, America
