i hope that i don't piss people off when i say this but i can't help myself. I was able to watch the match and i must say that i was not impressed at all. Yes it was a great win. but the commentater was saying how the united states sent a message to the world with this win, what was that message? That the united states can create nothing and still win a match. now don't get me wrong i know that when the US gets mcbride, and reyna back they will be a better side but come on. were the united states supporters really happy with the way that they played. i know that it is hard to play a match on the road and 2-1 is a job done, but lets be honest. they did not look very good, i honestly can say that there wasn't a player on the field that made his present felt (except the official, who was horribly one sided twords honduras). the only message that i got by watching that match was that if that is the best USA can play, and they are put in a world cup group with England, i am not worried at all. and i am saying that knowing that england are not one of the best sides in the world at the moment. i ask all the united states supporters to give me there opinion on the match.

well do to the fact that the game was on Payper view i did not see the game in fact i just found out about the red card like 5 minutes ago and it is almost 24 hours later . you maybe right that they played well but there were not only missing Mcbride and reyna , they were missing Moore the other starting Foward and Donovan who would have started along side with wolf and we were missing Ben Olsen , and Eddie Pope this was not a great showing from whay i have heard but like you said a rode win is invaluable . and as for the England US comment let me let you in on a little secret , i want England !! i want them really bad. i will even say i would rather play the English than the Mexicans which are our biggest rivals , i also agree that sometimes the commentators have no clue what they are saying , that game probally would not shock people world wide so i dont see were the sending a message thing came from but tis win will lead to bigger things , no maybe a win at Aztec Stadium in July would send a message but that is not what is importnant now right now we have to worry about Costa Rica . I still think he have some work to do but that win should alot of depth considering 5 starters were missing and we still managed the win , that is the difference between ths team and the 98 team we lacked depth and we still have even more depth i still think due to all the injuries Damarcus Beasley should have been called up i mean he was read hot from the U-20 Qualy and should have been called into camp 1 anyway congrat on the win against Albania GB

well for the sake of US football i hope the players that they were missing are world class players because there wasn't any of them on the field wednsday for either side. And as for you wanting England, join the rest of the world. Everyone wants to take on the Lions. But beware mate, we are getting stronger.
