there was a thread made by a guy who said he was from Iran and asking all these questions saying he was an arab.

Well first of all I am from Iran meaning i am PERSIAN not Arab.
Second no one likes the Iranian government in Iran.
Third we are simply the best soccer players in Asia if you do not agree go on the FIFA website and see how many times we have won Asian cups and how many times we have qualified for the FIFA World Cup.
Fourth we need to be included in the European league because we aren't learning anything from countries that can't play in Asia.
Fifth we need to get rid of the government so that talented players from the poor areas are aloud to join the national team instead of the rich players.

In Hisotry Iran won Asia's Cup and had a great team, but history means nothing sir, if we wanted to go with your opinion i would think that Urusguay, Hungary and Germany are the best 3 teasm in soccer in the World nowadays!!

Our football class is WAY higher than asia.
Three times asian champ, and we CRUSHED S.Korea (with all respect) today, while three of OUR best defenders were suspended and our team had to sleep in airport becuase of poor weather, they didn't even provide us a hotel!!!!
next is China and we have two of defenders back...

By the way as far as I remember Jordan beat us just twice with luck

i am an iranian. i find it very ridiculous to see people want iran to be in euro league. there is absolutely no reason for that, please educate yourself.

also with all the pride i take for being a persian, i don't like to talk like "oh ye, look we are the best"... i don't appreciate the way some of the south koreans acted in the game but hey, there's no need to bash them. they lost, that's enough...

I wouldn't say Iran is the greatest team. Beating South Korea yesterday does not make you automatically the greatest.

South Korea just had a very poor game yesterday.

Sure, Iran had three defenders not being able to play, but being suspended, you can't really say it as a reason since it was really their fault for being suspended.

You can even say Iran's still better since they won the Asian cup three times and consecutively, but South Korea won twice and were runners up three times. If luck was S. Korea's side, they'd have five titles in the Asian Cup so far, and they'd probably have advanced to the semi finals against China.

Iran played a normal soccer match. Nothing fancy. S. Korea just had a poor game defensively.

ahahah lool now ur just being FUNNY AS HELL...korea played the best game they could, they were lucky to even score a goal cuz as u shouldve noticed all ur goals were pretty much crap...one was pretty nice, but that was while we were with 10players and our main defender ( with 3suspended) got injured bcuz one of your players...and then u just found ur only chance and scored...WOW im impressed...

reason korea did well in 2002 was ofcourse cuz the games were played in korea and japan...why else...u kno like same reason china came that far the Asian Football confederation (AFC) is easy to buy and they backstabb anything or anyone for money....

so now just sit down and watch the iranian team be the best in asia
