Actually he is waiting that the America's people contact him but since Benhakker isn't aroun they haven't agree anything and he is not the onlyone with this problem also Davino, Rojas and other ones.
There are also reports that he may be leaving to play with Tigres but they also said that now he is a "free player" that means he can go play with whoever he wants but he hasn't have any team yet.

In my personal opinion I just think he needs to stop playing...he is not the number one and he acts like a little pussy evrytime.
He is not that all anymore...remember on the " Clasico" an amateur goalkepper stop the penalty ....so it's over baby!!!

Cuauhtémoc Blanco is going to play with Veracruz next season, they welcomed him in a very warm way, they organized a carnaval to present him to the fans, heck, they even fired three other Veracruz players in order to bring him:
1 Matute Morales: Cuauhtémoc is going to play his position as a #10 ofensive midfield, playing freely behind the center forward, this is the best position Blanco has ever played, he makes good passes, his long distance strike is accurate and controls and dribbles the ball excellently.
2 Noe Zarate: This defense player has a personal rivalry years ago with Blanco that started some years ago throughout the "clasicos" when Zarate played with Guadalajara, last season Zarate played with Veracruz so they could'nt have them in the same team, Veracruz went for Blanco.
3 Damian Grosso: This goalie also started a rivalry dispute with Blanco after some games between America and Veracruz, they were always insulting each other and almost got into fight, Blanco always shut Grosso's mouth up by scoring goals to him. Again Veracruz went for Blanco.

Veracruz's chairman Herrerías presented Blanco to the fans in a carnaval introducing him as the #1 mexican soccer player in the last five years which is true. He was presented with the #10 in the Veracruz jersey, he has it well earned. He would be the most important player in Veracruz.I think Cuauhtémoc has easily three more usefull years. And I think his quality as a player overcomes his bad behaviour. I think Blanco's out of the America team is not good for America, but maybe good for Blanco, his was too protected in the America team, and after bad behaviour displays they just got tired and gave up. Blanco is now lended for a year to Veracruz, so america still owns him, I'm pretty sure Blanco will have success in this team, this way he will be away from the city stress, will breathe fresh air in the beach ambience, and is going to be very supported by the Veracruz fans. Veracruz also bought Blanco's friend Braulio Luna for the next season, they also bought Kléber a forward and maybe Osorno, so watch out with Veracruz, becaus three compadres will be reunited: Blanco, Braulio Luna and Isaac Terrazas.

By the way America's new coach is Oscar Ruggeri and theyre going to get Barros Schelotto from Boca Juniors, maybe Riquelme too. But we will miss Cuauhtémoc. Imagine what could've been Navia as a center forward and Blanco, Barros Schelotto and Riquelme playing behind Navia. I just hope Cuauhtémoc comes back someday to the America team. Maybe he will retire there.
