Rescue for Oz soccer?
The Howard government has reportedly agreed to provide $15m for the restructuring of the game in Australia.
According to a report on Toyota World Sports, Prime Minister John Howard and Soccer Australia’s new Chairman Frank Lowy have signed off on the rescue package after finally agreeing terms.
The complex legal, commercial and political issues involved were resolved by the two parties, along with Howard’s desire to appoint a member of his own to Lowy’s board, which was elected in July.
As part of the plan, a new national body, with the full backing of FIFA, will take over the running of the game in Australia, with Soccer Australia likely to go into receivership because of insolvency.
Full details of the agreement are expected to be released on Friday.

These commands let you execute specific actions of formatting, management, etc... You will herebelow the information on the command which are accessible to you. You must notice that you are not forced to use the command prefixes (/command_name) when you use them in the channel they are attached to (except in the general channel).*
