Here are his words after being put oout of jail :
Ostale stvari me ne zanimaju".

What was he arrested for?

hahahahahaah
that was sooo funney
he was arrested by the yugoslav army, because it was said that he didin't finish his duty of 1 yr. being in the army
since he was a profesional athlete, this shouldn't be a problem.......but...that'S the way it is
he said that he's only going to play at euro for his teamates and himself, no one else
THIS IS CRAZY
Ostale stvari me ne zanimaju".

he is supposed to play for his country and for the people who live there....not for himself or for his teammates....![]()
primitivno

Sa Verom U Boga I Otadzbinu!
I think what Saveljic meant to say is that he will not play for those cocksuckers in our government.
I hope he knows that the people are still behind him and the team!

I agree with you Ivan, but surely there is at least one other player who hasn't been in the Army? I think it might have been something personal. I don't know for sure, i just think something else might be going on don't know what.

you know what....maybe Saveljic was arrested just to show that our players are not representing the government....that's why, we shouldn't be banned....
if that's the case....this was Zloba's first smart move....in the last 10 years....![]()

True Junky, very true one more thing....do you think that it has anything with him being from Montenegro?

no, i don't think so Delija....Mijat is from Montenegro too, but they didn't arrest him....
Euro2000-Court says Yugoslavia can play http://www.dailysoccer.com/news/text.../mdf52321.html

nope it's nothing about him being from Monte.
Zloba make a smart move? never!
It has nothing to do with him being montenegrin.
As for the "trial", Belgium court says that we can play. However, the shiptars are planning to appeal.
I don't get it! Don't they have better things to do then sue us??? Shouldn't they be out stealing wallets or smuggling drugs? I mean thats what they are best at!
