Since I just got myself a PlayStation 2 (with GameCube on the way), I thought that the best first buy would be Winning Eleven 6, although I hate games with Japanese menus, I will have to put up with this until the English version comes out.
Did anyone play this game yet? What's your thoughts? Personally, and since I missed WE5FE my impression maybe different that yours, I think this game is only now reaching the level where it can be called "realistic", I never liked the earlier version on PS, I never liked it's players who were moving like trains, neither did I like the fact that anybody with overrated players like Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos and Owen (overrated in the sense that their stats are more than they should be).
This game however is better, and more realistic, personally I find it a bit hard to score, or rather to create goalscoring opportunities, people who played WE5 may find it easier, but I find it a bit hard to do it. I still miss several chances, not to forget that I still hit the bar a few times per match which is annoying.
Most of the time, the ball is being passed around the midfield while someone tried to create a chance, which makes it boring for some people, I find it rather good that you'd need a lot of hardwork and you even need to use your grey matter to think about how to get that great goalscoring opportunity.
I'm still learning the game as I'm still a beginner in it, but I'm sure that it won't take much time to master.

- Format the chats : once you un-collapse the chatbox formatting toolbar by clicking on the BBCode button, you have access to different formatting options for your chats. You can format a chat by selecting a part (or the totality) of it and then select one of the buttons/list. You can also add empty formatting tags by selecting nothing and clicking one of the buttons/menu thus allowing you to add the chat text afterwards between these tags.*
- Access to the different channels : you can have access to different channels restricted to only some usergroupds or for specifics use of the chatbox. The different channels are accessible from the buttons on the left of the chatbox.*
- Edit your chats (or others chats) : the edition of a chat can be done by a simple double-click on it.*
- Use specific commands : some commands can be accessible in the chatbox depending on the will of the administrator(s) of your forum. These commands let you execute specific actions of formatting, management, etc... You will herebelow the information on the command which are accessible to you. You must notice that you are not forced to use the command prefixes (/command_name) when you use them in the channel they are attached to (except in the general channel).*

I've played WE from its early days. This game has stepped the giant feet. No soccer game has the better quality than WE 6. I think some years later, we will see the real players in this game.
The producer has some change in this new version. 1-2 pass becomes much more difficult, The awareness of players is dramatically improved.
I love this game. I master the previous versions. Some people can beat me if playing WE 6, but the number can be under 10 in the whole city. If u're interesrted in this game, we can discussion more about the techniques and tactics.

WINNING 11 6
is thee greatest soccer game in all the consoles and it will always be its so realistic and amazing and very very addictive but one problem its god damn japanese man,,,,cant wait for the english version
w 11 6 is for ppl who play soccer in real life unlike FIFA its the easiest and worst game in all history of video games so i am an Antii fifa...HEHEHEHE
