Chivu, Nedved and Schevchenko might be the best, but as always I like to go with who is having a better season (I know Rule hates this) and to me is Kovacevic (had another goal today and now has 11 in 17 games)

He has been one of the main reasons why Real Sociedad is undefeated at the half way mark of the season and in front of La Liga and Real Madrid with all those stars.

That is a difficult question, I love how Stoichkov fought for the ball, never giving up and firing the ballfrom whichever angle. Every goal with such force. Romario was such a finesse finisher, always trying to fool the keeper, he scored probably the prettiest goal I ever saw from a Barcelona player, with a lob shot without looking at the ball or the keeper, but knowing where both where.

More than favorite players that was my favorite team.

My first point is that Bulgaria 123 needs to go back to school & learn Geography, since when has David Beckham been an Eatern European player.

My list of Eatern Euro players is based on favourites, not neccesarily the best, there have been to many to say who are the best.

1. Hristo Stoichkov (Top Stiker & i wish he had played for United, my favourite of all time. He took no sh*t & was a class act, just like my all time favourite Eric Cantona)

2. Vasili Rats (Great Midfielder when i was a child watching football, i always remember him scoring 30 yard scorchers in Mexico 86)

3. Georghie Hagi (agin a class act & great to watch in World Cups when i was a child)

4. Andrei Kanchelskis (obviously a United player, but had pace to burn & knew where the goal was, shame he got to big for his boots & never stayed longer)

5. Andrei Shevchenko ( My favourite modern day Eastern European Player, him & Ruud upfront for United would be unstoppable)
