Last year he played for Deportivo. This year I don't know. He is black guy, long hair, very strong physically, he plays as defensive midfilder, as far as I remember. I watched him a couple of matches and he was absolutely brilliant, much better than Mauro Silva, for example... I think, his name is Edmilson, correct me if I am wrong.

Why you don't agree on Jardel, he would fit great into the team. He is brilliant in the air and Scolari used the tactics of high balls into the area a lot (at least in the matches that I watched). Plus, he scored 42 goals in 34 matches in Portugal this year!?!?

I bet you never saw Kleberson or Belletti playing, so how can you compare them to Lima, Assuncao, etc?

Zago is too old, Brazil has better defenders than him (watch out for Lucio and Anderson Polga), Amoroso is kind of problematic character and Scolari doesn't like that kind of players (that's probably why Romario and Djalminha weren't included in the team).

I agree on Jardel though, a man who scores 42 goals in 34 matches in any European first division should be included in any team...

Brazil is not among the top favourites for the first time in many years, but they have a team that can make some surprises, specially if Ronaldo is anywhere near his top form...

Of course Brazil can win the world cup, why not?

Man,Super Mario(Jardel) is playng a lot, like Amoroso!Kleberson is a great young mid from Atletico Paranaense, the brazilian champion.Belleti is a right back.He is the sub of Cafu.
This is for me,the best team of the world, better than many countries of europe!!!

Its a good team but
1) not better than any in EUR
2) too unexperinced. I know that Kleb and Bel are good potential players but I would have called Lima and Assuncao IMO.
And plus, Italy we'll win!
LOL
GOal! ITALIA!!!!!!!!

Beletti is sub for Right back. rogerio should have been called instead of him

Kleberson is 10 times better than what Lima or Marcos Assuncao will ever DREAM of being. ALthogh i don't think he shouuld be in the squad...Juninho Pernambucano would be much more of an asset to the team , let alone the squad!

But the only real name that is missing is ROMARIO. the rest i give a 10 out of 10 for Felipao and his new FAMILY

COME ON DADDY FELIPAO, BRING BACK THE PENTA FOR US!;)

A happy family could prove a successful one. Forget Romario - that is one for you to bring up again if Brazil fail!!
