I think Samuel and Ayala are both great defenders. It's hard for me to choose between the two.

I haven't seen kuch of Placente lately expcet for the Man U-Bayer Leverkusen game and he was very impressive. Bielsa should pick him :cool:

Yeah, I forgot all about Placente. The way that guy has been playing, he certainly deserves to be in that World Cup team!

i think placente did very well especially when he slide the ball off Van Nistelrooy just as he was through on goal.Superb tackle in my eyes.....But i feel he should be in central defense......
