Juventus director Antonio Giraudo has confirmed that the club will leave the Delle Alpi for one season while the stadium is reconstructed.
The Bianconeri have been unhappy with the 69,000 capacity ground for some time and Giraudo has confirmed that it will be redeveloped in order to make it more fan friendly place to be.
"We have been looking for our own stadium for many years and talks with the Turin council are drawing to a close," he said.
"We need quite a thorough redevelopment of the Delle Alpi because we want to adapt if for our fans."
Juve are now expected to play their home games at Piacenza and Monza.

they should leave torino entirely because there are hardly any juve fans in torino. they have their fans everywhere else but there !
Juve can't leave Turin, it is where Juve belongs to.Yes i agree such team as Juve should be more popular in the city however, there are many Juventini that have been supporting juve for many years and leaving city Juve could make many antagonists among their own fans.....it will look like escape from their history, from their home where Juve was born.....that's not right

oh they'd be fine. who are those fans gonna cheer for then, torino ? besides how many are there anyway there in torino, 2000 like they got against verona ? it doesn't look like they deserve a team like juventus.
agnelli should move them about 2 hours north to novara where the real diehards are !
2000 Juventini in Torino!? you must be kidding there are at least 20000 Juventini;) Delle Alpi is situated not so good as you think that's why sometimes it has small attendance,
If Juve had played in Comunale they would have had better attendance....

look, i don't know what you're saying, but there are NOT alot of juventini from torino. on the outskirts and in the rest of piemonte where i am from definitly. but torino itself is toro country. there's no reason why we should share a stadium with those scumbags.
if you don't know what i'm saying you will probably have to go to Torino and see that there is not just one team. There are many Juventini that love club and have supported it for a long time.....

believe me i've been there millions of times, its just 40 minutes southwest of my italian residence. i'd say 80% of the fans that go to see them at delle alpi are from outside torino. trust me, i know what i am talking about.

Sev is right. Torino is way more popular than Juve even in Piemonte. Still, I posted a list of the top cheered teams in the world and guess what? Juve was number one!
I think I posted in the Calcio Mercato thread.
Also, many people dont know that Torino was one of the best teamsi nthe world in the 1940's etc. Kinda like Inter 1966-68.
I mean they had Bagicalupu, Sentimenti Quarto etc. Great great players that unfortunately died in a plane crash.
I know 'who is who' in Turin..and that Toro-fans hate Juve because we have money, great players and everything they could just dream about..but it doesn't change my opinion about leaving.....we should stay because we are: Juventus(Turin) and not Juventus from Monza or Piazenca or Cesena wherever it might be:mad:

i don't know about all of piemonte but torino for sure is tutto toro because of the tradition you mentioned. most of piemonte is juve country though especially in places like novara (where i reside occasionally), chivasso, vercelli, asti, alessandria ... tutto juve.
like the region of lazio is. SS lazio isn't really that big in roma, but outside of roma everywhere else in lazio its predominantly biancoceleste. i don't know about milano because they're all retards there anyway and i don't go there much when i travel to italia, but from what i've heard AC milan is numero 1 in milano too.

Viva only the Nerazzuri half (no third) of Milan is retarded! And I'd agree with you, Juve shouldn't be sharing with Toro, just like the Inter scum should find their own stade! It was a bad idea to move to the Delle Alpi in the first place, Juve should built their own 80000+ seater in Juve country (if there is one) so the few tourists who go to Turin can fill it up! It's the Man United Glory Hunters plan, can't go wrong for Juve!
