Well, isn't it better to have Jardel in the squad instead of Luizao or Washington? I mean, if Scolari wants to base his play on the crosses from wings to the center forwards, who is better choice than Jardel?

Uf, I am sorry. I don't understand Portuguese, and from the subject of your post, I thought you were implying that Jardel WAS picked...

Felipao gave that impression to a Portuguese media outlet. He did NOT pick him though! Apologies for the confusion!

Forget Romario - Felipao has! Elber? Not to be picked EVER again - if he can't play in a Copa America let him be content with his beloved Bayern. He will miss Brazil far more than the country misses him. Harsh?

It's absurd the lame excuse of Felipao for not calling Romario: "for techinical and tacitcal reasons".

Then he calls roque Jr to be the main figure of his defense! :o

Now, ok the play in different positions.....but compare Roque Jr. traits with other defenders in the world. Would he make the list of the top 200?

I know Romario would be #1 in my list of top players of the world.... let alone top striker...the best that has ever lived!;)

FELIPAO OTARIO, A SELECAO PRECISA DE ROMARIO!
