UEFA CUP Quater Finals first leg at G.Meazza 14-03-02 21:00
I think this will be a wonderful game, between the two best teams in the UEFA CUP, I believe should we have not met Valencia in the Quater or Semi finals, we would play them in the final. But sorry Valencia fans, even though you play good soccer, Inter and Seedorf are high, and Ronaldo just might make his comeback against you...
-----------------------F.Toldo-----------------------
J.Zanetti---I.Cordoba-----------M.Matrix-----V.Gresko
S.Conceicao--C.Zanetti---------F.Farinos----C.Seedorf
------------C.Vieri-----------A.Recoba----------------
Subs:
Fontana, Simic, Dalmat, Guly , Emre, Kallon, Ronaldo (Ventola)
It is quite unlikely that Il fenomeno will make his comeback against Valencia, but he has been looking good, and he will resume traning on tuesday, that is to say, full training... but I think it is an Inter policy that you must train atleast 10 days full-training before you can make a comeback... but Ronaldo is Ronaldo, and his magic could be needed against a defence like the one Valencia has...
Dalmat will also hopefully make his comeback...
If Recoba and Seedorf show the form they showed against Juve, it is looking good, and I think we will win this by 2-0...
FORZA INTER
a very strong defense, but Seedorf with his long distance shots ...looking good. Vieri is also dangerous, I hope we win, i think we will need a win of 2 clear goals to stand a good chance for the next round.

This wont be easy. Cuper knows a lot of the players, so we will have a big advantage here. Valencia is a big and strong club, BUT so are we :smoking: and i belive that we can pass.
It will be a balance of team power, we need to prepare for Lecce after the match, not such a big match, but in the second leg we will need to prepare for Roma.
Therefore i conclude the best chance of Inter going through lies in the performance in the first leg, cos second leg....i dont mean to sound to pessimistic, but i think the best we can come home with is a draw...Valencia are a very good side.
Although i will contradict myself once again, in saying that Inter on their day are good enough to beat any team home or away......
Real 1-2 Inter (I cant get over this friendly)

I would suggest that it is better to rest fat-ass Vieri, cause he has not been doing much on the field, he only scores luck goals nowadays, and I dont think he has a lot of chances against arguably the best defence in Europe, which Valencia have... So I think maybe up-front Recoba-Kallon or Recoba-Ventola should start...
But I think we can win against Valencia if we play like we did against Juve, where Inter played very well in the first half. We need to win big in this first-game, I would say atleast 2 goals and a clean sheet... i hope Seedorf scores again... we will seee

But listen, bobo is not scoring goals, and he is being worth-less on the field. I hope Kallon or Ventola partner Recoba up-front. I predict that Alvaro "chino" Recoba will decide this game with his superb technique. I think it is better for Vieri to rest, cause I mean, he cant really run and pressure the opponent, so it would not be any use to put Bobo on the field, an valencia have one of the best defences in the continent... and that is bobos weaknesses... he only scores against small teams... with the exception of the very very lucky goal against Milan...
Inter will win
