1. Ronaldo (he isnt the reason I support Inter, let me just make that clear, Ive been an Inter fan since before Ronaldo became a professional footballer, but he is my favorite player ...the old Ronaldo anyway)

2. Recoba (Awesome, but too sulky)

3. Vieri (I used to dislike him as a person, but I saw an interview about 2 years ago and he was totally different from what I imagined, you always see him walking around sulking on the pitch acting like a big baby, but he was nothing like that and was actually a great guy, truly tremendous player)

4. Javier Zanetti (this guy just personifies the word "Class", on and off the pitch)

5. Cordoba (I wouldnt sell this guy for all the tea in China)

6. Conceicao (Yet to prove his worth to Inter, but is one of the best right wingers in the world IMO)

7. Dalmat (I dont think his Inter future is bright, but he is such a good player)

8. Emre (really really impressed me against Ipswich at the S.Siro)

9. Farinos (I used to hate him, and I mean really think he sucked ass, but his performance against Parma this season totally changed my mind!)

10. Christian Zanetti (hadnt really payed much attention to him last season, as I tried to avoid watching Roma because Totti's acting gets on my last nerve, and to be honest, really didnt know much about him due to that reason, didnt know what all the fuss was about, but now I understand ;) )

11. Francesco Toldo (Best Keeper in the world IMO)

1) Ronaldo "il fenomeno": Undoubtebly the best player in the world when fit... he is the person who can win us everything. He is also a leader on the pitch...

2) J.Zanetti "il capitano": This player is just fantastic. I would like to suggest that he is the best in his position, and his speed is a great asset to the club, also the most loyal...

3) A.Recoba "el cino": The "chinese" player is excellent when he is in mood, and when he becomes 100 % fit, he will manage to play on the left-midfield position... definetly one of the best free-kick specialist in the world...

4) I.Cordoba : I doubt that if there is anyone fast like him, but he is the most meanest, the most fastest man or machine in this football-world... this guys is fantastic, but unfortunately the most under-rated in the whole Italy!!!

5) L.Di Biagio : I think he gives the most, he is quite impressive as a Defensive Midfielder.... excellent

6) S.Dalmat "new Zizou" : This is just a faster copy of Zizou. Excellent prospect for the future, I really hope Moratti holds him, cause when he is in mood, he can hit phenomenal passes and crosses.

7) C.Vieri "BOBO" : He is a giant on the pitch, but sometimes I get frustrated on him, when I see him standing still on the pitch..
But he has that special thing.... he can score from almost anywhere... even though he does not work that hard... remember .. BOBO is BOBO

8) C.Zanetti : You wonder if there is any better ball-winner than Cristiano Zanetti... he is awsome, he likes to work hard, and gives the opponents tre-quartisti a very hard-time... ie Rui Costa, Totti, etc..

9) C.Seedorf : I think he is a very good player, offering excellent balls to that forwards, but who for the moment are heavy in the legs, I shit you not, I believe Ronaldos comeback can lift Seedorf, whose main priority is to deliver through-balls to the attackers, but Bobo and Ventola are not exactly the fastest in the world...
But when Il fenomeno returns... just get ten other players to play with him, he will win everything..

10) G.Georgatos : In the beggining of the season, Georgatos was fantastic, but than he has been hit by poor form, and injuries. I remember his pin-point crosses to Bobo Vieri, and they two virtually destroyed the opponent...

11) H.Cuper : I would just like to dedicate our last favorite nerazzuri place to our Mister, which, if he manages to win Scudetto in his first-year in italy, is a phenomenal manager. I dont know what he did to the player that Tardelli left him, which completely played for money. I am convinced that he is the best "mister" in the world... he is a fenomeno... so from now on, I will call him "il mister fenomeno"... He took a team like Valencia to the final in champs-league twice, and that is so ***king phenomenall.... FORZA CUPER!!!

My list revised




1. J.Zanetti

The captain of the club, and the longest server in the current team. His dedication to Inter is what makes him a true fan favourite, blunting Real’s interest in our beloved captain,. Alongside best friend Ivan Zamorano (remember him) he is a player that gives it all in matches , more than what I can say of a few other players. Techinically a great player, his long runs across the opposition half as if they weren’t there, is a very valuable source of attacking edge. IMO the best player in his position right now on the planet. His welcoming atmosphere to new players (and Inter have a lot of them) such as Paul Ince make him a true captain both on and off the pitch. If you also watch him carefully, he is always looking up in the San Siro, to see the fan’s reaction of the team’s performance. His stunning goal against Lazio in 1998, AEK a few weeks back and his overall performance……in every game he plays, my favourite player in the world JAVIER ADELMAR ZANETTI.




2. Recoba/Ronaldo (too close)

Gifted players, who can win matches by themselves. Ronaldo with his regular 50 yard runs and dribbles, made him the most exciting star to watch in 1997-1998. Hopefully returns to thos heights again soon. He represents the hidden weapon of Inter fans, when one can say …wait till Ronaldo is back, his delight of scoring, and the respect he gains from Lazio fans aswell as tifosi all over the world. His charity work for children, an ambassador of unicef. This buck tooth hero deserves a place in my favourite list.

Recoba…remember his debut against Brescia…nuff said. His childish smile makes it show how much he enjoys himself. And boy is it better when he smiles, very creative in an Inter team that seem to lack creativity. Saved us in the Tardelli season, single handedly won matches in that season. My only blight of him is his contract problems, and how he earned the most lucrative contract in Serie A. But as long as he provides those spectacular goals, and genius setups…..it don’t matter

4. Francesco Toldo

Since his days of Fiorentina he has still remained IMO the best goalie in the world, if there was any goalkeeper to replace SilverFox, and carry on the great legacy of Inter goalkeepers over the years, I am over the moon that it was Francesco. Won a few matches for us in the early stages of the season by making spectacular saves.

5. Ivan Cordoba

Moratti beat Florentino Perez pf Real to get this speedy gonzalez. He is probably the most underated defender in the world. Very valuable against speedy attackers like Shevchenko. Plus I look like him :D

6. Marco Materazzi

A record breaker, of Daniel Paseralla’s goals in Serie A by a defender. It is very assuring to see the giant frame of Marco n the Inter back four. And what an unusual source of goals, that helped Perugia a lot.

7. C.Vieri

Like a few other members, I always thought this guy was after one thing…money, this nomadic striker seems to have settled down now, and has plaedged his future to Inter after signing a contract extension. Always a danger in front of goal, and has shown the world why he can be claimed to be as the best marksmen in the world.

8. Emre

The Turkish Maradona, what a bright prospect for Inter, hope to see him back soon in the Inter line up, I am yet to see his legendary slalom runs.

9. Dalmat

Since that goal against Fiorentina last season, his strength with an imposing presence in midfield made him the Big thing of last season. Cant wait till he gets back.

10.Di Biaggio

Has set up many goals, a tough tackler who aint afraid to put his body in the line.

11. C.Zanetti

Another young prospect, a great player valued by none other than Fabio Capello, I am very happy of this players performance. Gets into defensive battles with opposition players, and normally wins them.
