BUENOS AIRES, March 2 (DS) - Inter Argentinean defender Nelson Vivas picked up a right knee injury, the Argentinean, Ole reported. Despite the encouraging medical tests that revealed ligament sprain, the defender insisted upon undergoing a second examination. Meanwhile his misgivings were to the point and the second examination revealed ligament tear. Thus Vivas will have to part with his World Cup dream. It seems that fate is not without the sense of irony. The Argentinean picked up the crucial injury now that he has finally booked a place in Marcelo Bielsa's squad. Meanwhile it has not been decided yet who will replace him in the squad. Despite the fact that Bielsa has a number consummate candidates for the spot there is little time left ahead of the most important soccer competition.

Damn, this is a very sad news:annoyed: :(,Vivas was one of the best players in the WC qualifires, and he was really instrumental for Argentina in those games and proved his value through out the qualifires!

I think that Pochettino will play instead of Vivas although there maybe other options for Bielsa!;)

Botello,Bielsa doesn't play a classic 4-4-2 or 3-5-2 or anything similar to that, this is how Argentina plays:

____________Crespo(Batigol)_______

___Kily(Lopez)____Veron________Ortega

___Sorin________Simeone_______Zanetti

__Samuel________Ayala__________Pochettino(?)

_______________Burgos____

its almost like 3-3-3-1 with Kily and Ortega closing in from both wings and Veron provides backup to our center forward!;)

Your defensive line-up is A OK but in the wrong order my man!:)
