Umm... No it was payed in Albania and Azerbaijan used they are subs for the game and only lost 1-0, and by the way Azerbiajan tied Portugal in Euro 2000 Qual 1-1 you probably didnt know this

Sweden used their strong squad and almost lost to a team from from Azerbiajan, did u even see the game Melberg, Larsson, Svenson, and etc were playing and you keeper was tested several times by our counter attacks an infact we hit the bar once.

and by the way atleast Turkey got past Senegal and Sweden didnt, they got 3rd place. How oyou expect them to win Euro 2004 without Larsson.?

we get bronze in 94',and also we have achieve more things than Denmark,but in the present WE r better than them.

Exctly bronze you didnt win and how are you presenly good with out Larsson look at the stats he scored most goals for you team the next best scorer is Allback with 9 goals so you really need an another player like Larsson. You guys will struggle without him

Of course I saw the match but that was the process when we were changing from our old players (Joachim Björklund ,Pontus Kamark,Jörgen Pettersson,Keneth Andersson,Stefan Schwarz),to a much younger squad the game against Azerbaiyan was a mix up of Players,Marcus Allbäck played without International experience,remeber we were hardly critizieced the first matches.

But they still are good players and and much better than Azeris but we gave you guys a hard time and could have scored 3 goals.

I miss Larsson :(

He was very important for the team,but Zlatan Ibrahimovic can substitute him this guy have an inmense talent,u most now him beacuse he scored against Azerbaijan.

That doesnt makes Turkey better than us.

We will miss his experience allot,but Zlatan Ibrahimovic will do a great job I am sure also Johan Elmander and Andreas Andersson that can back-up Zlatan and Allbäck.

and about the bronze medal??ok we also get silver in 1958,and bronze in 1950,and we also get the olympic title in1948?who is better???

but I want to talk about the present not the past and still we r better than them.

yes I now but they havent played to much time together,but still was thought to beat Azerbaiyan,maybe some day they will qualify to the WC good luck :)

lts compare them i the 90's the 50's and 60's are too far way,

Denmark:

92 Euro Champs
96 Euro (1st round)
98 WC (Quarterfinals)
00 Euro (1st round)
02 WC (round of 16)

Sweden:
90 WC (im not sure if they played)
92 Euro (2nd round)
94 WC (3rd place)
00 Euro (1st round)
02 WC (2nd round)

overall, in the 90's Denamark played better with win in Euro 92, and quarterfinals in WC 98 and 2nd round in WC 02. But history wise Sweden are better with runners-up in 58, and semfinalist in 38 and 94. :D Good Luck
