i really need big help!!!

I have launched my own site recently, its a scottish football site www.spl-extra.com (http://www.spl-extra.com) and i can really do with feedback etc on it... thanx for reading this!!!

I love your new SPL Extra site!

Here are some things I think that can be improved:

1. On the team pages, the Team Info buttons on the right (blue & yellow) are extremely hard to read the words. The text needs to be as light/dark as possible and thre backgroud and dark/light as possible for the most contrast.
Designs are nice but doesn't make it wasy to see.

2. Can you get some stadium info/pics?

3. Showing the complete club logo on the team pages.
