It's so sad, but the football will speak soon and our teams will make us proud and happy :)
Good luck. You can 100% get 3rd place. you'll have to fight for 2nd though.

lol I honestly can't believe Trabzon's luck. It's changed beyond recognition :D
This group is a DREAM, let's face it - we are drawn with some of the weakest teams from pot 2 and 3 and from Inter we can at least scrape a point at worst.
Good luck to Trazbon, if they can make a few key transfers in time they might be able to challenge for second place in the group, but certainly for third.

 This group could have arguably been easier then their EL group.

haha bro inter isnt even a threat, they lost there main targetman and sneijder could go for a move still to man u, without these 2 key players inter are nothing great actually they are pretty average, just there defence is decent with lucio and zanetti but lets face it they are aging especially zanetti who is nearly 40

You guys think it will be easy, but you should not underestimate these teams. You can't underestimate anyone in the CL, they are there for a reason you know....

We love you Lewis
Seriously though I love the hype we have on our teams, some may believe if Trabzon get a few players then we couldget a result at home to Inter.
Us fans are just too damn passionate

Inter is in decline so imo Trabzon can pull off a win (I wouldn't be suprised if they lost at home but won at San Siro 0-1 or something).
CSKA Moscow: I don't know how they are nowadays. They wheren't that much better than BJK a few years ago but Krasiç just raped us... Don't know how good they are now? But we'll see, I guess Trabzon could beat them atleast once.
Oddly enough I think Lille will win this group... they got the best "team" as far as I know (like I said I don't really know Moscow). So depending if they lose their star players (Hazard, Sow, ...) I thinkt hey'll be the strongest team in this group tbh.
Lille/CSKA will not be easybeats.

CSKA is very strong, their attack is just beastly, Doumbia is in form of his life, they've got plenty of depth, they have immensely talented young fullbacks, Nababkin and Schennikov, Dzagoev is ever improving, they got also Tosic (who's great for them), Gonzalez, Oliseh, etc., and of course Honda. I'm not saying they're unbeatable, just saying they have a very good team.
Anyway, Trabzon is going to be raped a big deal if they won't fix their defence, a good attacker or some additional midfielder would've helped too. Let's hope they're gonna get Santa Cruz, Ricardo Costa and Volkan Sen. That'd do it!

Trabzon could do some damage, I agree that this is probably 1 of the easier groups but none of the other teams is a pushover either. I guess that is to be expected in the CL. Hopefully they play Inter early because they're really bellow form at the mo.

Senol wants 1-2 big names for the CL, Sener is working hard..

WTH!
http://www.trabzonspor.org.tr/default.asp?Sayfa=HaberDetay&IND=8097#Icerik
The punishments from the Athletic Bilbao game carry over and imo have been amplified. Senol Gunes has a 2 match ban (I assume from the sidelines) and Burak has a 3 match ban that carries over so he can't play against Inter, Lille ve CSKA Moskova and the 5 yellow cards will be cancelled out after Trabzon pays 5250 Euros. Guess UEFA want to kill Turkish football.
Barbarossa
08-29-2011, 06:04 PM
omg...UEFA you bunch of assholes.
2 man touchline ban for Senol?! Wenger got one ban, and hardly that, he communicated the whole time from the stands and UEFA didn't even punish him for it.
And three games for Burak?! If Trabzon have any sense they will appeal this decision immediately.
Erdz_GS
08-30-2011, 03:10 AM
YES Why haven't they appealed? My first impression was "Oh well Trabzon will appeal this".. Seriously!!!
Italian_Storm
08-30-2011, 06:43 AM
Without Burak for 3 games we absolutely need Guerrero...maybe the ban will be reduced for 2 games..anyway it's incredible, Ts has the occasion of his life and they rob us of the DT and the main striker !??for what?? only for talking with the referee?? for a foul against a Spanish provoker ??..

They're lucky Trabzon weren't notified earlier of being in the CL.
