I think it'll come down to the 3 you mentioned GO@L. All three have just as good a chance as the others, so it's hard to predict. If Vieri was healthy all season, I'd throw him into the mix.
Milosevic may do well, but I'll be surprised to see him score more than 13 goals. The Italian defence is tougher than the Spanish defence, so he's in for a tough time of adjusting.

My view on all this
Milan:
A top team with only one main goal scorer. Milan will score a lot of goals so Sheva should get heaps!!
Inter:
Inter are also a big team and will get probably more goals than Milan. They main man is Vieri, but they have so many strikers. Vieri will be up there but i dont think he will top score, especially with his injurie proness of late
Roma:
They will look to have a great season, with Batigol looking to continue his great goal scoring record. With 3 Italian international strikers around him I cant see him getting more than 20 goals this season!!
Lazio:
Have their new man Crespo. He is a big contender, but with players like Salas, Inzaghi and Ravanelli knocking on his doorstep it will be hard for him to play every game!! He will also miss a few game because of wc qualifiers, and with such a great midfield that scores so many goals I cant see him matching last seasons tally.
Juve:
Many good strikers in this team, but with Pippo/trezaguet/Kova sharing goal scoring duties none of them can top score.
Parma:
Since Amoroso injurie he hasnt been scoring much, and I dont fancy Milosevic that much, i prefer to think that he will be replaced through the season by Di Vaio!!
Other teams, Fiorentina, Udinese etc probably wont score enough to have the leading goal scorer!!
So i think Sheva since he doesnt have that many goal scorers around him and Milan always score more goals than teams like fiorentina and udinese!!
FORZALAZIO!

in no particular order
Vieri ( being healthy is the key )
Schve
Crespo
milosevic ( no one expected scheve to have a great 1st year why not milosevic
there are a few others but those are the most likeley in my opinion
Heh this s easy:
1. Shevchenko
2. Montella(his break out year)
3. Milosevic
4. Batistuta(I dont like him but he always finishes at the top)
5. Inzaghi
