The Argentinian newspaper "Olè" sarcastically comments the present situation that the Brazilian football is facing, especially after the publication of Fifa's new ranking, in which the Argentinian national team has overcome Seleçao.
"It hasn't happened since September '93", but "maybe that is because Fifa's president was Brazilian Havelange. Scolari and his players however, should not be worried at the moment, as Samoa's national team is 201st in the rankings, but if Seleçao keeps going on in this way...".

I have to be honest.. they hit us low and hard, but we would of have done the same too to them if they were in our position.

But.. we qualified and at the WC we will show a diff brazil side.. i am sure about that..

It is obviously something (how not to deal with reality) they learn at school. I really hope someone gives it to them next year and they do not even get through the group stage.

That may be a tad too optimistic, Cafu100 - but hey, we can hope. :D

But the funniest bit from "Ole" (a newspaper devoted entirely to making fun of Brazil - it's an obsessive thing Argentinians have, maybe reading it in the morning makes them feel more secure or something ;) ) was when they said , as proof of Argentina's superiority, that their international "Risk Tax" was 3000% against Brazil's 1000% risk tax. Someone should explain to them that the "Risk Tax" refers to how close a nation is to bankrupcy... :D

What morons...

But the funny thing is, when we were on top of the ranking, they agreed with us that it was a worthless joke... now that they're ranked above their betters, it's suddenly a reliable ranking. Their absession with us is almost flattering... ;)
