Where to now for Fernando ??

Fernando Couto has just been charged for " Sports Fraud " and will have to face the Italian civil courts over his alleged use of nandrolone. If found guilty he could face up to 3 years in Jail !!

This could in some way hamper Portugals World Cup Preperations :(

I read it too and I must say I was shocked :confused:, I hope for his sake and for the sake of Portugals' chances he doesn't have to go to jail.

I don't believe he would be capable of using an illegal substance, Davids and De Boer got cleared, so maybe there's still a chance for him.

I think Davids is in the same boat as Couto. He had exactly the same punishment buteven though they were reduced , they were never cleared........ So I am hoping this resolved quickly ( well Couto's case anyway :smoking: )
