I was just reading on online newspaper, (Portuguese, so it might be wrong ;) ) , that Blatter said the W.C. event could not be guaranteed in the face of what's happening in Afghanistan. Anyone heard similar reports? It's pretty far awas from Korea/Japan - what could possibly cause an interruption?? There's nothing about this on the FIFA web site, I checked.
