Dutch Champion 2001/02

In an attempt to liven up this forum a bit I thought it would be nice to see how people are going to vote on the Dutch champion this year.:D

ajax will win it. they have looked most impressive so far and have that new young forward (forget his name) and he can't stop scoring.

plus they haven't won for a couple of years now so i think this year will be their year.

You mean the midfielder Rafael van der Vaart, he's 18 years old and has already made his debut for the Dutch NT, but the thing this year with Ajax is; they're winning cause they're playing with 5 defenders at the moment and play counter-football, even against the smallest teams.

Everyone knows Ajax' plays attractive attacking football, well not anymore, they're playing very cowardly at the moment and they're being criticised by a lot of experts here. But hey what do they care they're winning.

I couldn't believe what you wrote down. Ajax is playing defensive??? This must be the end of the football.

I think you mean Zlatan Ibrahimovic that was signed from Swedish club Malmö FF.
He will definately help Ajax in reaching the title. He is only 19 and his dribbling skills are amazing.

No I'm sure he meant Van Der Vaart, cause Ibrahimovic has only scored twice in the league so far, whereas Van Der Vaart is league top-scorer with 7 goals.

Ibrahimovic hasn't really been that impressive so far.

Also, Ibrahimovic got a five match ban for elbowing. That is not going to improve his goalscoring for a while...

i voted ajax.. they are doing well this season, after some years of bad matches..

:) i don't mind who's coming in 2nd and 3rd place..

Not yet. He has to show more than he has shown so far, but his talent is amazing and he is one of my favourite players to watch. I hope he'll play in the WC.

PSV can still win the league I think.

Nothing huh? Now they are on second place, and they have been the best team lately. So I would say that they certainly are something.
