Who do you think will replace Shearer after Euro 2000 when he retires?

Hessky maybe. But they are alot of good strikers, Phillips, Cole, Hesky, Fowler, Barmby even.

Well it is an old question, but it has not been answered yet. Someone has to fill the shoes of Shearer, not Owen has to be one of the strikers, and i think it is between heskey and fowler to partner him.

As long as we don't have that imbecile Andrew Cole who needs about 20 million chances to score 1 goal!
Its all a bit of a dilema for Keegan isn't it.

well i agree that cole does waste a lot of chances. but you also have to consider that he creates a lot of chances also. with his speed he can also creat oppertunites for others. and i must say from watching him so far this season he isn't missing much at all. i think he has to start for england against the germans on saturday with owen. with there speed i think they will tear germany apart.

For Manure yes I agree, but he can't cut it at international level can he??? Whenever I've seen him he's been pretty useless in an England shirt.
You don't get as many chances at international level do you!!!

i don't think he does get as many chances for england as he does for united. but i think he played well against france.
