Ok so Paul Ince has taken the job of Blackburn Manager.

What do we think.
Good appointment?

Where will Blackburn come in the EPL?

Will Ince still be manager come the end of the season?

The press have to run with the story of Paul Ince is the first Black English manager in the Premier League ? Should this be a story? Is this important?

i think its good, finally some english managers being given a chance to manage premiership teams, ive had enough of seeing more scottish managers than english managers in our league for example, where there are scottish ones, we need them to be english!

Personally I think it was a little to early and would have liked him to do another two seasons in say the Championship or League 1, but hopefully he'll do well.

I honestly think he will do a good job. He has come from the same schooling as Bruce, Hughes, Keane, Robson. The pedigree is there and I wish him well.
