I have 4 tickets to the quarter final in Vienna 22/06/2008 cat 3 - 400 euro for each ticket

Too less tickets for the federations.

For each group match Italian Federation gave from 3400 to 3800 tickets to the normals fans. Other 3000 were reserved to vips, sponsors and members of the federation while all the rest ( counting 3400+3000 for the other team ) were sold directly from Uefa to neutral.

So on a stadium of 30.000, around 17.000 will be neutral
