I say ins and outs, but at present it is out & outs.
Leyton Orient boss Martin Ling has told six players he will not be renewing their contracts
Fantastic but how many players does this leave us with ?
Jabo Ibehre, Wayne Corden, Sam Oji, Efe Echanomi, Raphael Sylvester and Clayton Fortune have all been released.
Andy Barcham and Charlie Daniels, both goign back to Spurs
Meanwhile, midfielder JJ Melligan has been transfer listed.
We already had the smallest squad in the league!!
Can anybody lend us a few players????
:mad2:

Leyton Orient are an important part of English Football History.
The great train robbery was discussed and partly planned in the stands at the O's.
Famous players to have worn the Orient shirt include Laurie Cunningham, Chris Turner (who was also joint manager in the 1994-95 season), Alvin Martin, Les Sealey, Ray Wilkins, Glenn Roeder, Stan Bowles, Peter Shilton and Tunji Banjo. During the 1996-97 season, the 47-year-old Shilton kept goal for Orient in nine Division Three games which were to be the last of his 1005-game, 30-year league career. On 22 December 1996 he played his 1,000th league game in Orient's 2-0 home win over Brighton, the first (and so far only) player to reach this milestone. Some of the great goal scorers have included Richard McFadden, Tommy Johnston, David Dunmore, Peter Kitchen and more recently Carl Griffiths,
The club's current manager is Martin Ling, who took over from Paul Brush in October 2003. Notable former managers include Billy Holmes, Alec Stock, Johnny Carey, Jimmy Bloomfield, George Petchey, Frank Clark, Pat Holland and Tommy Taylor. Famous fans include Bob Mills, Julian Lloyd Webber and his brother Andrew Lloyd Webber,James Garner.
Orient's golden years were in the 1960s and 1970s. In the 1961/62 season Orient were promoted to the top tier of English football, the First Division (now the FA Premier League), for the only time in their history, after finishing second in Division Two under the management of Johnny Carey. The team struggled in the top flight and were relegated from the top division the following season. Nonetheless, they did defeat West Ham United in a famous 'double' victory (home and away wins). They spent the whole of the 1970s in Division Two. In 1978 Orient were defeated in the semi final of the FA Cup, the furthest they have progressed in that competition.

This Poul Hubertz was top scorer for Northampton last Season with 13 goals, and Northampton have not renewed his contract, so I think he is a freemans. I wonder why they don't want him?

Another Rumour I hyave heard is that Martin Ling, is considering leaving to take the Wycombe job. Means dropping a division but is a club with more money, and I guess he thinks a brighter future.
All in all, things are not looking good down the O's.
I think Barry Hearn was hoping the attendancies would increase by say 1500 with us being in League 1, however that did not happen, and I think the club is struggling.
We already had the smallest squad last season.

Well here's another player we didn't get.
B---ocks, I'd hope we would get him, I'd heard it was likely.
Akinfenwa signs new Cobblers deal
Akinfenwa has also played for Doncaster and Torquay (Getty)
Northampton striker Adebayo Akinfenwa has agreed a new one-year deal to stay at Sixfields, despite interest from Leyton Orient and Grimsby.
The deal will be extended for a second year if the 26-year-old meets targets.
The injury-plagued former Swansea striker joined Town in January and scored seven goals in 15 games.
Cobblers boss Stuart Gray told BBC Northampton: "He was within his rights to talk to other clubs, I am delighted that he has shown us some loyalty."
He continued: "He did very well for us when he came in last season and I think he is enjoying it here.
"He is popular in the dressing room and the fans love him, and now he has a bit of security I hope he can kick on and we will really see the best of him."
We wanted to keep him and he wanted to stay and I am delighted we can continue to plan for next season with Bayo now a part of those plans
Northampton boss Stuart Gray
Akinfenwa broke his leg just over a year ago and had to have a steel rod inserted into it.
Gray continued: "Bayo, like Giles Coke, Gabor Gyepes and Chris Doig, will benefit from a full pre-season.
"I like forward players with a physical presence and he has a huge ability to make the ball stick.
"That gives confidence to the midfield players to make runs and he draws defenders on to him.
"Not only that, he has an excellent goal record that he has maintained throughout his career.
"We wanted to keep him and he wanted to stay and I am delighted we can continue to plan for next season with Bayo now a part of those plans."
The Cobblers have already released Akinfenwa's strike partner last season and leading goalscorer Poul Hubertz.

Well we've made a signing, hardly exciting but a signing all the same. A 33year old left back who was released form Colchester hardly sets the the world on fire.
Defender Danny Granville has become Leyton Orient's first summer signing after sealing an initial one-year deal.
The 33-year-old left-back, who has played for Chelsea and Crystal Palace, was released by Colchester United at the end of last season.
Granville has spent the past 11 years playing in the top two flights and has cost £3.4m in his career.
He said: "I've been keeping my eye on Orient for the last year because I spoke to the manager last summer."
John Terrys brother Paul signs for another season, also.
