Im not actualy a crazy fan of any, but I never miss Avrupa Yakasi, Genco and Kavak Yelleri. Others I watch if I happen to switch the TV on and are showing; iki Aile, Menekse ile Halil, Annem..

I was a viewer of Kurtlar Vadisi ever since the first episode but after ''Elif'' quit, I quit :D

about the viewer rankings; few weeks ago I read that Avrupa Yakasi was the most viewed ''Dizi''

that might have happened the week KV Pusu didnt show, but KV tends to be the #1 watched show week in and week out.

I dont have show at our house either. I just dl the new episodes

I wanted to start watching KV Pusu, watched like the first 10 minutes of 1.ci bolum, its just too much all those shootings violence etc.

well KV Pusu isnt as good as the original KV. Pusu actually has a lot less violence than the original KV cause of damn RTUK which has gotten much stricter.

Maybe it does have less violence dunno, but I watched abit of the episode where they kill Nefise Karatay's father and didnt like it, so I never watched it again.

i used to, my family still watch the STV shows but i dont. The only Turkish dizi's i enjoy watching are Bir Istanbul Masali(done), Original Kurtlar Vadisi, and now KV Pusu. Yabanci Damat was also ok, but i didnt get to watching the whole thing. Other than that TRT has had some really good dizis like Cicek Taksi, Yedi Numara, En son babalar duyar and the one with the red head lady and her husband getting in to fights and such.. Also cocuklar duymasin was pretty good back in the day.

Nowadays most turkish dizi's are just replicates of past successful american tv shows. Like Kavak Yelleri is the same exact thing Dawson's Creek. Acemi Cadi is Sabrina the teenage witch, or Hakini helal et on STV is the copy of My Name is Earl. There are so many more its not even worth mentioning

The old "MinT" dizis (Cocuklar Duymasin, En Son Babalar Duyar) and classics like Kaygisizlar, Cicek Taksi, Baskul Ailesi, Bizimkiler were brilliant but the ones out today are just replicates of not just American shows but each other also. Kavak Yelleri and Yaprak Dokumu look pretty much the same to me. My family is crazy about almost half of that list so I'm kind of glad I live on campus..at least I don't have to sit through them.

the only thing i ever followed on turkish tv besides football was a dizi on TRT called "Bizimkiler" that was so fun and realistic i had alot of laughs with that show. My mom watches 1-3 dizis a day and she has made my dad an addict too, im not sure which ones they watching though one of them had a pretty long title. I cant stand turkish tv in general they make every model an actor on those dizis

I started watching it after it came back from the summer holidays, so cant judge how it was before that. But right now its probably one of the most ''heyecanli'' dizi on Turkish tv.

I watch both those shows along with Heroes. Im a huge fan of Lost i think its the best series since the X files. Im usually not a big series fan until a half year back i had only watched X files when a friend borrowed me the first half of season 1 dvd of prison break which completely blew me away. The first season must be the best ever in a series, its gone a bit downhill now but is still good to fill in the gaps for Lost which is my favourite show. Lost is simply amazing the best thing to hit tv for years imo. Btw the guy playing "Sawyer" appeared on "Beyaz show" a week ago or so, him and Locke is probably my favourite characters in the show. Heroes is alright too but the acting isnt so good in it and the first season ended pretty awful but its been a bit better as it progresses.

heyt be kocum benim sonunda buldum dogru duzgun dizi seyreten eleman. I watch heroes too mate, heroes was great season 1 but then the ending was just :yuck: . I could've come up with a better ending. Season 2 was alright but again the ending :faint2:.

Prison Break i agree had the best season 1 of any tv show i have ever seen. it was so god damn precise even to the smallest of details. Season 2 wasnt as good actually it was no where near as good as the 1st season. Season 3 picked it up but they were really stretching the story to make it in to 1 whole season and truthfully it was getting boring, i could predict everything that was gonna happen.

BTW apparently Sarah is gonna be brought back for season 4. I wanna see how they pull that one off after putting her head in a box.

Lost i gotta to say is the best show that ever existed. its been 4 seasons and theres very few things u r able to predict in that show.

I hate turkish dizis. They all same follow the same pattern. Whatever the plot is in the beginning turns in to some love story. And this happens inn all of the dizis. They are all like soup opera.

So true, the turkish dizis are still stuck in the 70´s movies we made, always centered on a love story with a tragic ending to follow it where they kill one of the lead characters or some other crap vengeance by a father. I recently saw a stephen King movie "The Mist" and the movies ending reminded me of turkish movies

turkiye has like 2 people who do the dubbing, 1 guy for all the guys and 1 girl for all the girls.

anyway imo dubbing is horrible. Because they way a black person speaks or an italian mafia guy and wat not its all different and it makes the show so much better, unlike dubbing where its a monotone voice.
