Since Kalli has left, who do you think will be the new coach?

There have been many rumours flying around the place.

Lets get an idea of who is able to coach the team until the end of this season and from the start of the next.

Marcello Lippi ( one of the better options)
Hakan Sukur (for the rest of the season as a player coach?)
Bulent Korkmaz ( not a good idea i think)
Falko Gotz (not a good idea because he got sacked by hertha berlin)
Mircea Lucescu (he is still in a contract, but one of the better options)
Abdullah Avci (he has done great things in the tsl this year with ibbs)
Didier Deschamps (free agent since he left juventus last season)
Guus Hiddink (still on contract i think, one of the lesser options, i dont like his game plan)

Avci is good choice aspecialy for Young generations unit Arda,Ugur,Ozgurcan,Aykut etc...


To me,
Lucescu can do very well at controlling all kind of players unit.

Well, lest look at this way;
Bayern has Hitzfeld at the head coach position,
next season head coach will be the young coach; Klinnsman.
Why not smilary way for Galatasaray ?



In newseason this would be the best desicion; Lucescu or Avci.
For rest of the games of current season, I believe the best choice would be the Bulent Under.
He doing comment job at GS TV.


Bulent Under knows the club very well, He were the co coach of Fatih Terim's era , aswell of Eric Gerets era.

Getafe´s coach is former danish player Michael Laudrup. He is getting mentioned alot in danish media that galata is interested in him but he has offers from 5 other countries besides Turkey(Spain,Italy,Russia,Greece,England). He has stated he doesnt want to leave Spain though, plus his son Andreas Laudrup is playing for the Barca U-16 team so he probably have to take him along then. The biggest candidate to take him is said to be Valencia.

As for Laudrup himself im not that impreesed with him as a coach, he is still very young and inexperienced. He got 2-3 years in danish team Brøndby where he did a good job and then the first year in Getafe where they did good in Uefa cup but is struggling in the primera league. Also he is a very low tempered and silent coach, he cant seem to discipline his players in Getafe that much, theyve had lots of matches where theve gotten red/yellow cards, and if he gets to coach Hasan Sas it doesnt look good lol. The reason he is getting mentioned in Turkey is because his agent is Bayram Tutumlu which ive seen on the fener forum also seems to be Mehmet Aurelio´s agent is a bit of a blabber mouth. His assistent coach isnt keen on goin to Turkey too, as a coach he is still very overrated and i think first next year will we see if he is actually a good coach, his mentality doesnt fit into our team imo.

Im not sure who we should try get though, theres probably a big chance we get a turkish coach this time. I wouldnt mind Hector Cuper but in Inter he played very defensively even though he had some of the best offensive players in his team, and lots of them

guidolin is a experianced coach. he went one time abroad i gues, monaco.
he did good at venezia club,,and a bit with palermo...lately he did not good with palermo.

vialli with player career is huge,but at coaching career is at chelsea is not so bad. he won some title with english club.

between this two, i say vialli.

but generaly, i think laudrup were the first choice to me.

looks like Skibbe is the highest bargained candidate. Since 2005 he is working as the head coach of Bayer Leverkusen. Would also be a very good pick!

btw, Laudrup couldn't get an agreement with Panathinaikos. The problem with Laudrup is that he wants an exit clause if a top club from spain is knocking at this door. With this attitude it is very hard to plan with a coach like Laudrup.

Michael Skibbe'nin kariyeri

4 Ağustos 1965 doğumlu olan Michael Skibbe, 2004 yılına kadar Alman Milli Takımı'nda Rudi Völler'in yardımcısı olarak görev yaptı.

Profesyonel futbolculuk kariyerine Schalke'de başlayan Skibbe, 1984-1986 yılları arasında Alman ekibinde forma giydi ancak sadece 14 kez forma giyebildi. Daha sonra 3 kez çapraz bağları kopan Skibbe, erken yaşta futbola veda etmek zorunda kaldı. 1989 yılında B.Dortmund'un genç takım hocalığına getirilen Alman teknik adam, 1998 yılında A takımın başına geçti. 32 yaşında B.Dortmund'un teknik direktörü olan Skibbe aynı zamanda Bundesliga tarihinde takım çalıştıran en genç hoca oldu. Michael Skibbe 1 buçuk yıl sonra bu görevinden kovuldu.

Skibbe, 2000 yılında Rudi Völler ile birlikte Alamn Milli Takımı'ndan gelen teklifi kabul etti ve Almanya'yı çalıştırmaya başladı. Milli takımla ilgili her kararı Völler'in vermesine rağmen, Rudi Völler'in teknik direktör lisansı olmadığı için asıl teknik direktör gibiydi. Almanya, 2004 Avrupa Şampiyonası'nda ilk turda elendikten sonra ikisinin de görevine son verildi.

Daha sonra Alman Futbol Federasyonu'nda çalışan Skibbe, Ekim 2005'te Bayer Leverkusen ile anlaştı ve o tarihten bu sezon sonuna kadar Alman ekibinde teknik direktörlük yaptı.

Hmm his a bit of an unknown. I wish we could get a Manager which could help attract Big Stars to join the club. For R.Carlos with Zico and in England numerous players have joined Aston Villa because of there manager Martin O'Niell.

Anyhow lets give Skibbe his chance, and hopefully he does a good job. :)
