Turkoglu signed with Orlando as a free agent in July 2004 after one season in San Antonio and three in Sacramento. The Kings selected Turkoglu in the first round, No. 16 overall, in the 2000 draft. Turkoglu IS ELIGIBLE for Most Improved Player Award (Stein)

I am happy to report that my premonitions about Orlando's Hedo Turkoglu were way, way off.

The league office confirmed this week that Turkoglu is indeed more than eligible to win the NBA's Most Improved Player award.

Last night Mehmet Okur played outstanding performance against to Hornets.

a monster performance: 22 points 17 Ribaund:shocked::star:..... amazing stats.

Jazz won the game by : 77:66

Hedo's magic lead the raptors 3-1 in the playoff series. And Memo's jazz lead the rockets 3-1 in their series as well.

Turkish center Mehmet Okur recorded another double-double in the Utah Jazz's crucial 86-82 victory at the Houston Rockets.

Okur had 14 points and 18 rebounds, while Deron Williams scored 17 points in the game that made the series 3-1 for Utah.

Are these guys playing on the national team? Last ive heard is that the national team isnt built around these 2 players because of a dissapointing final with the national team and also they have big egos or somthing. Danish tv just recently got 2 year rights for NBA so im gonna start watching this too although ive never been a big fan of NBA besides from videogames :). Its really cool Turkey have a team with such high profiles
