Because the ones who organize these "riots" encourage them to do so. I am talking about the "foundations" which are encouraging all this kind of turmoil. A good example is the Indymedia website network (http://www.indymedia.org/) which always promotes riots and similar violent incidents in major urban areas of the world, bringing violation of human rights or ecology as an excuse to arouse junkies and low-educated young people who are trying to find an excuse to burn and destroy, as well as an ideology to justify it. In case some wouldn't know, this web-site network is sponsored by the known Zionist and Globalist business-man George Soros.

A made-up war between Christianity and Islam which would be ideal for international Zionism, as it would disorientate and make the piece of Zionism/Globalism easier.
