This is the official thread about the friendly tournament the national team of Greece is going to participate.

Our national team is going to play against Czech Republic on Tuesday and against Finland on Wednesday.

Stoltidis will not be in the squad of the national team as he rejected the invitation of Rehhagel.

Greece - Czech Republic 1-0

The goal was scored by Salpingidis in the 80th minute. I can't have an image of the game as I saw only a part of the first club, but as it looks like Greece had the control in most parts of the game. In the part I watched I saw good signs in the ball moving, still work is needed at finishing.

Salpiggides was the best player in the game and I love how Salpiggides just never stops running all game ;) Avraam Papadopoulos and Spiropoulos were also some very good mentions as they played spectacular in the back. Avraam did not let anybody get past him and his tackles were great just like the tackle he made against Baros ;)

Greece - Finland 2-1

For Greece the scorers were Angelos Charisteas and Kostas Katsouranis. Finland had scored first with Litmanen.

In the other game, Cyprus draw with Ukraine 1-1.
