1995 Mitsubishi 3000 GT (SL) :D


You can't see it clearly in the picture, but it was hit from the front. I will fix that though, needs a new bumper. It's got leather interior, moon roof, and a 6-disc changer. I love it.


As I'm working on the car, I will post the updates. First on the list is the front bumper. Than I'm planning to get new rims and tires. Lower it and buy a black hood.


Suggestions are welcome ;)


PS: I'll go a bit later and take a few pictures of the interior.

Oh, alright, cool :). It looks a lot like my neighbors car. His is red, but I think (not positive) my neighbors is a bit longer then yours. Is there like a different version of the 3000GT. I'll have to check when he comes home, until then, I dunno, lol.

Yeah, there are. They were built between 1991 and 1999. How are the front lights of your neighbors car? They usually tell what year it is. There weren't many obvious changes besides that.

His is almost identical to that. Only thing different is that he has a smaller spoiler. The difference I can see from his and yours is that you have that part behind the windows thats black, then it goes to the cars color, where as his just goes straight to the color, and then rear window. And the headlights are different like you mentioned.

That's the 1999. Those very nice, but I like the 1994-95 version better. As you can tell, I'm taking the plastic out the front lights to make it look like 1994. Didn't have time for the other one, very complicated. The left (right on the picture) headlight is the 95, right is the 94.


Also, I don't think my car is shorter. It's just that the picture is taken from an angle that makes it look shorter.

The first one though is the same model, but it's got a whole body kit. And yeah, they do look sick. I browsed around cardomain.com for many hours looking at 3000 GTs

Probably not. If I wanted it any faster, I'd have gotten the VR4. Engine seems to be working alright for now, unless it breaks down.. I'll keep it the way it is. :)

Around 230 HP, and eventhough it's a heavy car it's reallly fast. What about the WRX?

Well Im running my car with straight pipe that gives me more power, I got a boost control, Bigger Injectors, Bigger headers, AEM cold air intake thats pretty much it!

Im looking forward to making a huge upgrade to the turbo which supposebly might put me in the 380 HP range!

No, I think paint is great. Wait till I get nice rims, tires, a different hood and fix up the front bumper. AND WASH THE CAR. :D

Yeah, but I bet I can still get around 15 seconds when I'm driving with OverDrive off and change the fuel economy to Power

I also noticed that it's got a lot better acceleration when I'm already driving at around 50 miles an hour, no matter how weird that may sound.
