Explanatory notes*

* CPI Score relates to perceptions of the degree of corruption as seen by business people and country analysts, and ranges between 10 (highly clean) and 0 (highly corrupt).

** Confidence range provides a range of possible values of the CPI score. This reflects how a country's score may vary, depending on measurement precision. Nominally, with 5 percent probability the score is above this range and with another 5 percent it is below. However, particularly when only few sources are available, an unbiased estimate of the mean coverage probability is lower than the nominal value of 90%.

*** Surveys used refers to the number of surveys that assessed a country's performance. 14 surveys and expert assessments were used and at least 3 were required for a country to be included in the CPI.

BiH could be a bit lower down the list.

BIH is where we deserve to be, since war was over like 17 years ago there has been billions and billions of Euros/dollars donated to BIH government and different organizations to rebuild the country.

They(WE) did rebuild 80% (if not more) of the country i would say, but yet corrupted government stole a lot of money and transfered in their private ogranizations/companies etc..

We could build some parts of this country from gold if they knew how to use those money we had, and even now corruption is huge problem in BIH as a country and even in our FA.

I would not mind government, becouse there is no country in the world that doesnt have corrupted government more or less, but if our FA at least was not corrupted :sad::mad2: !

I know BiH unit, out of all the Balkan country's we have gotten the most money to rebuild, and we have done the least re building.

LoL, one of our families neighboors from BiH is the minister of transportation for one of the cantons in BiH. He has said that he has built 2 houses, bought 2 brand new audis, and has a race horse in Sarajevo while he was in office. There's many stories like this from the region I am from, everybody knows it but nothing gets solved, why? well its impossible when the law is corrupt to stop corruption... :lol:
