Sekip Mosturoglu said that after last year horrible events, that Fenerbahce will now look at the Turkish Cup as a reserve league. He said we have a big squad this year and will look to play the bench in this tournament.

On Wednesday we play G.Antepspor. We already beat Antep 2-1 in the Super Lig, and we beat them with our B team. Probably a team close to wat we are gonna field on Wednesday.

The only team that looks strong on paper in your group would be Kayseri and maybe Gaziantep. Otherwise you should pass through.

We had a last second goal by Vederson that hit the bar and crossed the line, but as u know our refs are "blind" when it comes to Fenerbahce and they didnt count it at the 93' minute

Funny thing is the commentators were saying, "well fener shouldnt wait till the 92' minute to score" lol for one i didnt know Fenerbahce didnt have the right to score at 92' minute.

Probably one of the most boring games I've seen in my life. I could have slept till the 92nd minute and I wouldn't have missed anything. Like you guys said at least the reserves got some playing time. I was really hopeful about Ugur Boral but he's disappointing me with his selfish mentality. The same goes for Ali Bilgin. Kemal is a good player but he needs to play a lot more to get back in shape. I think Can is getting better and Yasin is still in good shape. Good enough to start, actually. Gokhan is the soldier of the squad and that's exactly the type of player we need after Tuncay's departure. Kazim tries but I noticed that nobody helped him out throughout the game. Selcuk works hard but he's making too many mistakes for a CDM. The game got a bit more interesting when Wederson and Deivid got in, with Wederson kinda speeding up the game. Ilhan...his finishing was off today. Then again we had like no attacks anyway so it's really not fair to judge him. I think this was a good opportunity for Appiah to get back in shape but it didn't help him much tactics-wise. He's not gonna be in the reserve squad again probably. And finally Volkan Babacan seems like a good goalkeeper, somebody we could trust in the coming years. It was unfortunate that Gurhan got injured, too. He only played for like 15 minutes.

Yea well like Kemal Aslan said If Zico puts 2-3 of us in the starting 11 with the regular performers then we can do better, but if he puts a whole new 11 who are all rusty the performance will be below par

Kemal Aslan must be the player with the most camera time in the squad. They ask the guy questions even when he doesn't play. Our media is awesome.

Forget when Toledo hits the ball. It looks like after the ball left Toledo, it touches another Kayserispor player before reaching Koray. And when that 2nd Kayserispor player touches it, AT THAT MOMENT, Koray isn't offside.

Of course, my claim goes down the drain if the intermediate player (between Toledo and Koray) did not touch the ball.

btw, when does the Lig resume?

Urfa should be congratulated imo they played a great game. One thing I liked about our performance was that at least this time we looked like we wanted to score. Aurelio and Carlos were the most hardworking players on the pitch, and Kezman gave the impression that he's ready to give something back to the team. Ilhan has a bright future if he plays his cards right. I was really surprised at Onder's performance. He ran a lot but made so many mistakes it almost cost us the game. Yasin was the better of the 2 stoppers (other being Edu). Volkan must have said "Saving this goal would be football murder" during the first goal. Selcuk had his moments throughout the game. Made his trademark retarded mistakes but at least worked towards the goal this time. Kazim got me disappointed. He has the talent but it seems like that's all he got. When the ball comes to him the attack comes to a screeching halt because he either just stands there and looks at the defender or gets 2 people around him and loses the ball. Needs to get his act together. And yeah, Wederson to me proved that he deserves that jersey more than Ugur...

His left heel tap in after the goal reminded me of Alex's goal from last year. That shit would've looked hot if Habip didn't save it. Lotta goals are reminding me of Alex's goals from last season lately. Nonda's last goal in the Rizespor game also.

Their team is comprised of young players, while fenerbahce are on a roll for one thing, plus they have the experience of a upcoming champs league team. so they will most likely destroy GS as usual. 6-0... nuff said.

i think Semih should start...grind it out like he has been doing. He wins headers, and wear down the defense. Then bring on Kezman because with his pace and hustle he can be effective. And i think Wederson should start over Ugur because Wederson is a bit more defensive which is good for a game like this.

That seems to be our only option right now. We have to stop GS from jumping back on their feet from that Leverkusen game and the only way to do that is whoop them all around ASY and win against Ankaragucu. We can't afford any more draws or losses. Some players are bound to be subbed for the rest of the season now. I doubt Zico would pick Ali Bilgin, Kazim, Can, and Ilhan again for the starting 11.
