Sweden men's handball team defeated Russia tonight in the Super Cup semifinal with 33-28. They will now face either Poland or the WC champions Germany in the final.

Peter Forsberg will make an comeback in the Karjala Cup with the NT. He will be testing his status in 3 international games(vs Russia, Czech Rep and Finland) and if everything goes as he wishes then it will probably mean that he'll sign a new contract with a NHL team.

We used to be the superior with winning almost everything but we had a dip when the legends had to retire. The good old times, the only thing we didn't win was the Olympics where we ended up as runner up twice. The golden generation missed that :(

We have missed 3 main events in the latest years but we're back where we belong and managed to qualify for the Euro Championships 08.

The U21 team won WC gold this year so the future looks bright, hopefully we'll have another great era.

Anyway man we lost against Poland in the Super Cup finals yesterday with 27-26 :(
