CLQ Leg 2: Anderlecht vs. Fenerbahce

Well Serdar is out, leaving his spot to Volkan, i believe we are either gonna have a shootout or they are just gonna blow us out. Either way they will score, since Volkan is in goal. If we find 1 goal then Anderlecht have to score at least 3 to get to the next round. I am very sure we will get through but it wont be easy.

Fener didn't give a good or confident look in the league recently so this game will be a hard one, especially the 2nd half, in my opinion. Good luck to them.

yah but its Anderlecht.. common if we beat the runners up of the belgian league in the 2nd round
then a bigger club such as Fenerbahce should come out on top in this match :)
i really want to see Turkish teams do well in Europe this year
its going to be interesting to see what happens in the group stage

Well it's Anderlect but Fenerbahçe is a Turkish club. :lol: Our clubs have a tendency to humiliate themselves over nothing. I guess we take it too seriously. Anyways you know we have a lot of examples like Beşiktaş vs Valerenga, Galatasaray vs Tromsö and Fenerbahçe's recent was AZ Alkmaar.

man volkan amazed me, sometimes the guy just shines. he was like a wall, jumping and grabing every ball.

I was suprised that we won 2-0, really controled the game. Kezman's goal was all luck, that idiot anderlecht defender is wat made it count.

Alex's goal was pure class. the goalie thought alex was gonna shot to the other corner and was ready to jump that way but alex just slid it right past him the other way.

I was yelling at the monitor whenever we passed back to Volkan, expecting the worst. :)


He did well though, I was pleasently suprised.

Fenerbahce as a team suprised me. We played really well, I didn't expect the quality of football I was watching.

Slick football gave me a lot of hope

To me it's inapprehensible that somebody who got the word "Fenerbahçe" in his nick, his avatar and signature is able to implicate a player's name plus the word "hate". This just doesn't go together, especially not for a valuable player and team member like Deniz. Bummer!

Its funny how their fans are just yelling..but you can clearly see our fans thrown so much crap at them already...Not that its a good thing but..And if they did succeed at storming the field, our fans would definitely be running after them.. But still it reallyyy needs to stop.
