I'm not sure about the US but in Asia the bundesliga is telecast mostly in ESPN or Supersport

In the USA the featured matches (about 4 on every date) are televised by GolTV which is mostly part of a Spanish tier or Sports tier to your cable or Satellite subscription. There are other channel in more limited markets offering Bundesliga matches.
One good website to check TV listings for Soccer is: www.soccertv.com.
Everything is there, I just went to check where I can catch the upcoming England-Germany friendly.
