I agree with you about Boyd. I can't actually believe that after Darcheville's last two performances Smith would choose Darcheville over him. Boyd is a natural scorer and if started today would have probably won us the game. Darcheville is just not Rangers class I'm afraid.

Velicka I think has a slight groin strain but I would like to see Miller and Boyd becoming the partnership up front. I still think we will win the league but we have to get serious against teams like St Mirren ect.

That was the first loss in the league, the first in seven games in which we defeated Celtic, Hibs, Hearts, Falkirk, Kilmarnock and Motherwell and were robbed of a victory at Aberdeen by a controversial decision. Todays result, although disappointing is a bilp.

We will get back to winning ways against Dundee United in two weeks because Walter Smith will make sure of it and Celtic have a tough game away to Inverness.

Todays game highlights my point even more. :smoking: Well we all make spelling mistakes, you only a few posts back put "consistancy" instead of "consistency". So I don't see why you dig me up over one spelling mistake.

Anyway to your point, we screwed up last year because of the amount of games we played in one season. More than any team. Also in the CL it wasn't inconsistency it was team choice and poor tactics. I mean if we were inconsistent we would have lost a few games already this season, as of now we have lost one match from seven in the league and we will win the league as far as I am concerned.

Although I thought the result was flattering to Hamilton and their only two chances (one resulting in a goal) that I seen were because of the weather conditions. Once Rangers got the wind behind them there was only going to be one winner :D

In the 2nd half Rangers had the wind behind them and found it easier when they weren't passing (playing long passes) in to the wind.

Anyway 2-0 in the cup, bring on whoever is next!

I want Celtic in the next round but hopefully Kilmarnock will save us the bother by beating them tomorrow night, but thats highly unlikely.

That was fantastic! I wasn't at the game but it sounded great. We were 5-0 up at HT and it could have been 9-0. Boring second half but Ferguson and Loy both got run outs. Goals came from a Boyd hat-trick, Novo and Miller :thumbsup:

Also the Army were paraded at HT!

After Rangers 4-0 victory over Kilmarnock (sorry I forgot to post that), we are in action against Motherwell. Motherwell always seem to nick a draw against us in the SPL at Fir park but tonight I see us taking the points, we have to considering Celtic will get their token three points against Kille at Septic Park.

A 2-0 win against the sheep botherers was just what I needed. Now bring on the Jambo's and good luck to Aalborg tonight. Although Celtic being in Europe after xmas may suit us better in the long run....;)

First time I have been able to come to terms with exactly how bad we were. I think the manager is losing it, I mean Charlie Adam reclaims his place for a second week running because Walter says he is "winning the fans over". Away and give us piece Walter. Then theres Kyle Laffery, seriously what did we see in this guy? 3.2 Million for that!

You know this is a key month any more dropped points will probably end our campaign and that is likely with a trip to Tannadice and then the Tattie crew come to town two days after Christmas.

If we are more than 4 points behind by the end of this month then Walter Smith should just f**k off before he causes any more trouble.
