Panathinaikos vs Arges Pitesti 2-1.

Papadopoulos and Salpingides the scorers. In the first half Panathinaikos had problems in the midfield, but this changed in the 2nd half when Karagounis and Mattos entered the field as substituters.

Ipswitch-Panathinaikos 2-0

Big problems in defense were obvious in this game. Let's see what moves will be done about this.

Lazio-Panathinaikos 2-1.

N'Dioye scored for us, Pandev scored both goals of Lazio.

In this game I can say I was satisfied with our performance. All the parts of the team worked better than in the previous friendlies and the defense was strong and stable, unlike the defense we had in the game against Ipswitch. If Salpingides would not take this unfrair red card, the result could be different but it doesn't matter as it is a friendly - so in general I have to say we Panathinaikos fans can be optimistic.

Atromitos-Panathinaikos 1-0

I didn't watch any part of this game but from what I heard Pesseiro was satisfied from the performance of the players, considering he used the younger ones in the first 11, not the starters. The result wasn't the goal of this game.

Panathinaikos-Catania 2-1

Both teams were equal in the first half. In the half time Pesseiro made many substitutions. Catania scored quickly in the beginning of the second half and Salpingides equalized in about the 60th minute. After this Panathinaikos completely dominated the game till the end. The second goal was scored by N'Dioye. The Italians played a dirty game, and their technical team was so provocative... And it was just a friendly match. Fortunately they were no serious injuries.

Yeah the italians for some reason are really bad as of late. The Cops that died last year, to the Romanian fans that got stabed last week. You would expect this from other countries but not Italy.
