he's actually in k league. probably the best guy on the korean national team aside from park. he's a dead ball specialist. scored from freekick against:
1. greece
2. togo
and many others.
he's definitely as good as park ji sung. i don't like him going to chelsea either though cuz he won't see first team with all the ignorant english football fans around and the start studded team. he definitely has talent though and can score from freekicks pretty easily. he's better than nakamura for sure.

bad idea, especially to such a high profile team. I mean look at the others, Lee has started to win th hearts of spurs fans, but Park Ji Sung and Karimi both had dissapointing seasons IMO.
Also, look at how many asian players do better in second rate teams, imo it would be much betetr if he went to a mid league club, say somewhere like boro or villa. but i say that in any case with any asian.

i actually agree that he shouldn't goto chelsea as he'won't get much playing time. but that's not to say i think he's amazing. he is. when u looked at tottenham they give lee yp little respect even though he's their best LB and plays a key role.
park ji sung had 6 monthsof injury in a 8 month season so that's why u may not be impressed, but even with only 2 months worth of games he scored 6 goals (1 more than last season).

well here, i'll list a few reasons why he'll get discriminated.
1. fans are racist
2. there will always be all this bullshlt about how samsung pressured chelshea to buy a korean player
3. he won't get time to settle in the game
4. his small size
5. his salary being much less than that of other players. idiot fans and other players will judge him on his transfer fee
anyhow i don't want him going to chelsea. he should goto portsm.

i think that if a player is truly good he will overomc ethat and shut everyone up wiht his good fotball..it may be hard to overcome but if a player is good he wont need anyhtign except his feet.

you would think, but look at lee yp for tottenham, never gets any respect despite his amazing skill and contribution to the team.

dude. what the ***K are you on about?
Lee plays amazingly for spurs, and has gotten the repsect and is a fan favourite;
sure it may only be over the past few months, but he has a place in WHL.
Sorry Judi, but it seems clear to me now that you have no clue what you are talking about; just because he isnt on a "high profile" team and doesnt get as much coverage as Park Ji Sung, who doesnt even play, doesnt mean that in England he isnt repsected.

no your an idiot. lee yp is on the transfer list. perhaps it is you who doens't know what he is talking about. maybe you are just a bandwagon fan of the spurs. your just upset because of the warning i gave u :D
admittedly anyone who knows anything about football will say lee yp is great but the common british idiot won't give him credit and hence he is on the transfer list.
etkko should have never played in place of lee yp which he did for 3 months-total BS.

what is really clear to me is that you have some growing to do. you don't even follow the latest transfer news and you have the dumbness to challenge my knowledge.

I do not claim to be a know it all, and I also read that article; however, every players EXCEPT LEE has been linked with a transfer speculation;
Just because a player is well respected and liked doesnt mean that he isnt linked with a transfer speculation, look at Henry.
You are clearly not a Yid, or know anything about us; you probably barely follow us. try joining the vital football forums and you will see that right now, most of us would rather see Ekotto leave, and have Lee stay at left back, while having Bale play as a winger (if the squad stays the same)
Look Judi, I dont doubt your "Knowledge" when it comes to the Korean national team, and Korean players when it comes to the individual statistics. But please, leave Tottenham up to me, and what the underground spurs fans think, okay?

look man i want lee yp to stay too. and i already said that ekotto is shlt and should leave. so i don't know what we are arguing about. i don't think jol martin likes lee though. he tried to sell him to as roma last year and didn't play him even when ekotto was shlt.
