New to Mexican futbol (and futbol in general)

I became hooked on futbol last year during the World Cup and have since been following Club America. I caught them in the Liberators Cup and starting wondering about all the tournaments outside of their league that these teams participate in. Being from the US, there's not a lot of info on the traditional sites (ESPN, etc.) so could anyone explain all the tournaments and processes (how they build on each other in terms of qualifying) that Mexican club teams participate in? Also, are their any websites that anyone knows of that explains this type of info? Any info on tournaments of National teams would be great also.

If you want some info on America I'm sure some of our members here can help you! And about websites that have info, try going to mediotiempo.com or go to FIFA.com and go to the national teams official website it has tons of info dude! Nice to have another Mexico suppoeter around here, our members have not been active lately! ;)

Thanks for the info. I didn't see the America thread. One other thing I should have explained. My Spanish isn't up to speed yet so I'm really looking for any websites in English. I've found a ton in Spanish but have trouble with all of the translation.

Hmmmm, well I'm not sure if I've ever seen websites that have english info on the Mexican League and NT! If I find one I'll let you know man!

Diego Martinez and Bofo Bautista! only some other player were loan like Edwin Borboa and some others! We got back Edgar Solis and we got Omar Arellano del draft very offensive midfielder who used to play for Pachuca last season good player! It looks like we will see that guy we bought from santos last season with Chivas this coming season!
