Last year this month- Scotland 59th in the world

This Month- Scotland 14th in the world :D :D :D

Two years ago sky sports had a programme on the decline of Scottish football and if the government didn't step in we would be doomed.....Now we are one of the most prospering nations in the whole of the world. Was this because of the manager or because the government decided to move there a**es? I think we were never in that bad state in a development sense, just the the manager was an a***hole but now we look really good.
