OK so its Atletico and Mexico 2006 for the liguilla. I forgot who said it either calif or caruiz. But they said the penalty should be no reinforcements for liguilla. and i think thats what will do.

-3 points for every position will be too much of a big penalty, but the no reinforcments penalty seems just right.

So now that we decided who will go to liguilla the teams not being penalized(Club Chingon, CD San Ignacio) can now look for 3 reinforcements.

you got to drop 3 and add 3, and its only for the liguilla, in the end the players got to go to their original teams.
