Two number sevens, two wingers, two models. Who is better? Imo:

Beckham
+ Set pieces
+ Long and short passes and crossing
+ Game vision
+ First touch
- Heading
- Dribbling
- Speed

Ronaldo
+ Heading
+ Dribbling
+ Speed
+ Free kicks
- Too selfish
- Game vision (compared to Beckham)
- Passes (compared to Beckham)
- Diving :P

Cristiano Ronaldo is slighty better, and I think he's one of the best players in the world right now. Becks is excellent, but Ronaldo has something magical.. and this season he has learnt to give the ball to his teammates too. :)

You didnt mention Becks amazing first touch. And do you mean now? Or C Ronaldo now and when Becks was in his prime?

Hmm, this is be a touch decision because I was a huge fan of Becks when he played for United. But Cristiano's form this season is unbelieveable. They are both very different players but I think that Ronaldo the potential to become better than Becks ever was.

Two different to judge to be honest. Ronaldo is more of a Giggs style player and you couldn't really compare Giggs to Beckham could you so it's a little unfair to compare. Both outstanding players in their own right. You could also argue that Beckham has won a lot more for Utd than Ronaldo so its a little unfair on both players to judge.

Talking about Giggs I was watching an old game v Fiorentina in the CL from a few seasons ago and it's funny how much Giggs has changed. He lost that blistering pace the the ability to drift round players as if they weren't there but he is still putting in good performances and setting things up. He doesn't score as much as he used to either but I found it amusing how I hadn't noticed the change that much. Watching him against Fiorentina was like watching Ronaldo he was THAT good!
