Meeting Your Virtual Friends In Reality

This Internet Society is pretty weird,considering the fact that people log on without any preocupation what will they say or what kind of people they will meet.It's obvious that most of the people dont want to meet with some of their"virtual"friends,when they ask them to meet in person.I had that expirience with Slavenik,i travelled to Skopje the capital of Macedonia,it's not far and i do that occasionaly.I know Skopje quite well so i asked Slavenik for us to meet,he was a great friend of mine and we made our acquaintance since i joined the WSB,he joined in the same time with me.So i asked him to meet in person and he said"i have to go with my family to relax in the mauntains so another time":DHe should open a breaking up office.People feel some sort of preassure and displeasure when they meet in person,its diferent than sitting in you're comfortable chair,drinking a glass of juice or beer or taking Heroin dose...Are we like we are on Internet???And why so many people dont want to meet in person,while they are great friends and they support each other on Internet????:confused:I have witnessed other situations like mine with Slavenik.Perhaps we presume that in person we wont be that dashing and dizzling:Dor that we're not entirely like we want to be and Internet is our way to manifest our Alter-Ego...Why the Fear,That's only a person you'll meet,a person with whom you've discussed so many diferent matters and subjects...Internet offers a discrete and unstresfull option to meet people,without feeling that "stagefright"...How many fantasies i had containing my first contact in person with Zek,Nismo,Ryan,Giorgio,Devious,Bosanac and Omar(these fantasies arent like the ones when we Men or boys wake up in the morning but yet we stay in our beds and "think")I guess will forever wonder and speculate about ourselves in reality.As much as Internet gives,it takes as much as it gives...The thing that i love above all else is,when i sit with a friend and discuss for hours.I have many friends,but i allow my self few with who we'll sit and discuss for hours...There's so many interesting folks here on Internet,but somehow they distance themselves from a real meeting...There's a lot of people who can meet in person,who know eachother on Internet...But yet that isnt the case...Peculiar dont you think????

:D I think sooner or later I'll meet with one of you guys to say the least, it is important to keep contacts and not disappear if something happens to SFN and then the moment will come.

I think I can meet G in London, this is the most likely option.

The subject is pretty much interesting.. I always had thoughts about the meting thing.. I even had a similar thread long time ago when Ive put a map of the world and the world was so small to me, and meeting with you guys would be possible someday! :rolleyes:
Contacting ppl on the internet is so much different from meeting them in reality.. cause on the internet you are just typing on your board all of your thoughts and it`s so different from talking face to face with someone.. that`s why some ppl prefers to socialize throught the internet.. because they do not like to be so lonely but they have the problem of being less social than they really want.. the internet contacts gives those ppl the pleasrue of being cared of from other ppl even if they are ppl who are millions miles away.. they are still ppl and they have the same feelings and emotions of any human..
Talking to ppl on the internet isnt like talking with machines or robots..
That`s why sometimes you`d have feelings for some pretty girl you met on the internet.. then maybe you`d found that she has the same feelings for you and things would get pretty complicated then.. because of the distance element.. but just after few weeks or months one of the 2 parties will get bored and they`ll dumb eachother.. but still you`ll get so surprised of how this relationship has had happened in the first place!
Somtimes I think that the internet is like a movie.. everyone has his own rule and his own character.. it`s all an act and every charachter is simply his own rule that represtns his own personality.. allthogu sometimes some ppl play other rules that doesnt represnt the real them.. by telling lies and so on.. but at the end of the day we leave this movie and shut down the PC and conitnue our normal lives.. then we can come back again and play the same game.. and like every game.. you`d see good days and other bad ones.. but usually.. and the most prettier thing is no one gets really hurt... but still some ppl do it wrong when taking things seriously.. Ive met some ppl like that before.. I even was someday one of them.

Meeting an internet pale in reality is like meeting one of those movie charaters in reality.. it`s so unique and interesting.. but you`d find out that it`s pretty normal after all.. it`s just like meeting someone for the very first time..and maybe you`d like it and maybe not.

I dont know about you're hidious encounter with some of you're virtual friends,but people like to play alpha males here on internet while in reality they're slapped by their wifes and girlfriends.Im not using internet to manifest my "hypothetical"ego or because im a loser in reality.People has to make themselves important at least here on internet,that's why lot of them dont want to be met in person.If i desapoint you in reality than i have allready desapointed you here on internet.Im the same person,no Superman/Clark Kent stuff.You know allready who you're gonna meet.Im much nicer here on internet than i am in reality.I dont really tolerate people who wants to get on my nerves.Tolerating is unhealthy+someone might go over the roof and then you can never knew how that guy will end up.Thats what's usually happening to people who tolerate a lot.Like my friend who's in the US right now.He was the sweetest and the most delightfull dude in my school.He tolerated this idiot who sweared his mother and then he hit him with a bottle and cut of his hand severely.He's now getting a master degree in menagment in US:lol:...Intellectually it's important to remain relaxed and if you lose you temper you lose the eristhic duel it's simple as that.But hey you can treat all people like Nobel prize winners;)...
